I would like to express my gratitude to the hostess of the Eco Paradise hotel, Fairuse.
She always helped us and worried about us, suggested everything and told us what and how. Daily Cleaning of houses, all appliances in the room are working , a huge comfortable bed , cleanliness and order. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean and transparent, a lot of different entertainment and excursions - for every taste and budget.
Warm and friendly , sincere people.
Gorgeous sea and nature. Delicious food.
Next year, the whole big family is just for you!

among the advantages are new cozy rooms with a kitchen (in Abkhazia it is better to cook yourself, since everyone is poisoned in the cafe), there is a swimming pool, there is a dryer for things, there is a washing machine.Cleaning and linen change on request. Among the disadvantages - there are no designated smoking areas, the hotel is family-run, there are a lot of children, and they smoke near each room and near the pool. some guests make noise and listen to music loudly. After the eviction, she asked to be taken to the border, a hotel employee drove her, dropped her off with a suitcase in some bushes and asked for 500 rubles for it. It looks more like a guest house than a hotel.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for the warm welcome. The owners of the hotel welcomed us as their close relatives, fulfilled all our wishes. The hotel administrator Angelina worried about us all the way so that we could get there comfortably, the hostess herself meets at the border at any time of the day or night, regardless of her personal time, now there are only a few such people in the world! Very kind and helpful people. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for their understanding and warm welcome. They treated us to coffee, delicious cookies, watermelon and favored our further rest, told us where to go, gave us a free ride to the border when we were going to Sochi. May God grant everyone health and further prosperity of the hotel and many, many guests! We'll come again. Hug and kiss, come visit us in Novosibirsk.

We were in Abkhazia at the end of September. I took this hotel on a package tour along with the flight. We were satisfied with the rest. The friendly hostess and the receptionist settled us in a family room, very cool, everything is new and fresh. (family rooms launched in 2024)The room has all the amenities, a comfortable bed, snow-white linen, a hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV, a kettle, a bathroom with a shower. The sea is nearby, quiet and calm. Chickens, roosters, cows, horses and pigs are found everywhere on the street. I think it will be very interesting for children. There is a swimming pool on site, the water is very clean

This is not the first time we have been to Abkhazia, but previously only excursions. This year we decided to devote our entire vacation to this unforgettable country! We chose this location without hoping for anything, without reading reviews. And, dear God, how glad we all are that we had the opportunity to relax here!!! This is such a cozy guest hotel, everything is so hospitable here that tears flowed when we left.. We organized holidays, of course, in silence, the hostess Feruza helped us with everything, told us everything, she was just a miracle! Angelina always helps too!
We always swam in the pool) we cooked for all vacationers)))
The leadership in the person of Feruza is the best that can be, she just understands everything and everyone!
Will we come back? UNDOUBTEDLY!

I recommend this mini-hotel to everyone. The first and most important advantage of this place is the hostess Firuza and her mother, who receive all guests as relatives. Also a big plus is that each room has its own kitchenette: refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle. There is a huge bed with a mattress in the room, into which you will fall like into a feather bed. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but since we rested at the end of October, we did not have time to use it, the first days of rest we managed to swim in the sea. I really liked the local feijoa fruit, Firuza treated us to it and tangerines. In general, we brought a lot of impressions from our vacation. I hope there will be another opportunity to visit Firuza..

An ideal place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean natural air, the sea is close, the beach is equipped, a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The rooms have their own kitchen, it is very convenient to cook something yourself, although there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I definitely recommend it, we will come again!

Hospitable hosts! There is a barbecue and even firewood, you can roast a barbecue, there is a place to sit and relax, you do not want to leave.

We stayed for a week, we really liked it, the rooms are new, clean, there is everything you need, the hostess Feruza took away from the border for free, checked in earlier than expected, did not take additional payment, for which we are very grateful, as we were tired from the road. The pool is warm and clean. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

We had a rest with my husband from 08.06 to 15.06 , during these days we spent only positive emotions at the hotel!We found the hotel by accident and did not regret it at all! Everything is new , clean, all amenities . The room has absolutely everything you need and even a kitchen. A large and most importantly clean swimming pool. The hostess is just a fairy tale, very cultured, sweet and responsive. She organized a jipping trip to the mountains for us, the beauty is incredible!!! The hotel is next to the sea (5 minutes walk), near cafes, shops. In general, we had a rest from the heart! I advise people who are determined to rest, not to search for a flaw!

For lovers of silence, comfort and fresh air, the best place. The combination of the clear sea, the fragrance of eucalyptus with the view of snow-capped mountain peaks. At the same time, living in comfort. Lovely rooms. There are no interruptions with hot water. The pool is always clean. I don't know when they had time to clean it😊My children and grandchildren are very happy.

We booked the hotel for the New Year holidays 2025.
On November 25, 2024, they asked to cancel the reservation and refund the prepayment (more than a MONTH before arrival), which they refused.
The website says that a full refund occurs if cancelled no later than 10 days before arrival.
At the same time, when booking, the hotel did not warn that the cancellation of the reservation would be without a refund.

We rented a family suite in September 2024. I liked everything very much! The place is quiet, the receptionist is friendly and friendly. The room has everything you need. You can't get children out of a warm pool. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the pebble beaches are good, clean, sparsely populated. On the day of the eviction, they were allowed to leave 4 hours later without additional payment. I recommend it!

Cons: The rooms that are on the right side are terrible. The price is too high. Everything is mildewed. The floor is not washed at all. It's very dirty. The wallpaper is falling off. The bed is a separate story. An old Mattress that has been lying around and foam rubber on top. There Are A Lot Of Mosquitoes. Anticomarin and something similar are not provided, they say your problems. There is almost never any water. Washing up is a big problem. There was a cockroach running around in the room. Outside, other vacationers were making noise until 4 a.m.
It is relatively not far from the sea, but also not near as they write. At least 10 minutes. The territory is small. The pool when we arrived was with brown water. One unit only for these houses on the right side. The price is too high. The smell of mold in the room is like in a cellar.
People are nice and friendly. They settled in quickly.

We had a vacation in September, the hotel does not match the photos. The rooms are dirty, the toilet is not cleaned, the water pressure works constantly intermittently, it is impossible to set up a shower, towels are given to the guest, garbage is not taken out.

It's not Eco!!! Vacationers smoke at every turn: both near the rooms and by the pool! And there are little kids nearby!
Beer flows like a river from early morning until the evening! Drunken companies and noise after midnight are in the order of things!
I would not recommend such a vacation to anyone!!!
