The first time I called the master was when the stove broke. The application was sent to the wrong place twice, as a result, the wonderful master Pavel arrived, took it away, came again, fixed it, everything was OK. Then the dishwasher broke down, and Master Pavel promised to stop by three times, but he never got there.
I called the dishwasher wizard on the general channel. I left a request ("we call you back in 5-15 minutes," they write), they called back three hours later, and I already called the number listed on the website. We accepted the application, then the master called, said he would come in 2-3 hours. The master did not arrive until the evening, no one called, an attempt to call the number led back to the public phone, where the operator promised to sort it out. No one came, no one called.
The second star is for Pavel, the masters really do well. When they arrive.
It would be better to call it: "There is no Eco-Service", and with a simple strain. The staff practically does not pay attention to customers, they promised to make repairs in 3 weeks, they did it in 2 months, And no one ever called or reported the delay, and they answered my calls that today the warehouse would hand over the spare parts to the master and in a day I would receive my vacuum cleaner. Otherwise, they have an ambush in all areas of their field of activity. When processing documents, they simply put a dash in the guarantee column, after my remark, the document for the guarantee was redone five times, it was fun to watch how the manager runs to the second floor every time to put a seal, and then redoes the documents again, since he wrote out incorrectly again, until I asked to check first before printing. And I turned on the "harmful client" because when I entered the hall and said hello, only a couple of people answered me out of 8 people, I stood for five minutes, no one paid attention to me, my voice was loud, I asked if I was interfering with their work, to which they answered literally like this:"Wait, now we'll finish and serve." Damn, I prevented people from working....
I've never seen such a "service" - it's just a MESS!
I handed over the camera to them for repair - it gave an error when turned on. But instead of repairing the camera, they broke it (saying "we can't fix it, take it away")!
They shyly made spare parts (like it was whole) and handed it to me. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't look at it carefully. I got home and took out my phone... and it fell apart in my hands, and there are tool dents on the parts! He began to figure it out, and in response to me: "upon receipt, you signed a waiver of claims!".
That is, the piece of paper that they slipped me under the pretext of "sign that you have received it" turned out to be a WAIVER OF CLAIMS! And then they said they didn't know at all - maybe I broke it myself after I took it away!
(all of the above is confirmed by correspondence)
