Incompetent craftsmen, they work by the "poke" method. I found it on the Internet as a Tefal service center. They don't seem to have anything to do with Tefal.
The problem with the Tefal steam generator was that after 10-15 minutes of ironing, it turned off. I called them, they said, bring them for diagnosis. The diagnosis takes 3-5 days. On December 7, I took him to them. On the 10th, they called and announced the amount of the repair fee - 44 thousand tenge. If you are not satisfied, you can pick it up. Just give me 4 hours' notice, they say. Like it's disassembled, it needs to be reassembled. I agreed to repair, and we gave a discount of 5 thousand tenge, for a total of 39 thousand tenge. On December 15th, they called that they had repaired it. They gave a 1-month warranty.
3 days later, on December 18, the problem recurred, and after some time of ironing, the iron turned off.
I drove them back. I should have shown them how to turn it off, but I didn't do it and they didn't check, so I left it.
They called in the evening, said they hadn't done anything, he was working, they drove him away for 4 hours, ironed him and nothing happened.
It seems that they were telling lies so that there would be no complaints about them. So he took the iron.
It was New Year's holidays, and there was no time to check the steam generator. In early January, we decided to check the iron, it also did not work, and after a few minutes it turned off by itself.
On January 13, I took him back to them.

I'm saying, they probably changed some details, they didn't change anything, no, they didn't change anything!
I noticed late, when I had already left, in the car, the iron power button looks different. And I watched old videos and photos of the iron and was convinced of this.
I immediately sent a photo to employee Dana Sultangazina (she turns out to be the owner of the center), she denied it, no, they look the same. We haven't changed anything.
I called the quality control service. They said they had looked at the photos and there was no difference, they looked the same.

And where is the guarantee that they haven't changed all the parts inside the steam generator in 4 days?
For almost 2 months, I was led by the nose, deceived, they wanted to take off extra money, and even replaced the steam generator!
I've spent so much time and nerves! Stay away from this service center!
