We stayed with my wife at the ECODOME hotel from October 19 to October 21, 2024. Room 416. We visited as in a sanatorium. Silence, beauty and tranquility. The room has everything you need. The cleanliness in the room is perfect. There are 3 stops to the metro ACADEMY OF SCIENCES by public transport (they walk like a subway), Lyudmila and Natalia are very nice and pleasant women at the reception, always ready to explain and help if necessary. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! We have stayed in many hotels in Minsk, but next time we will try to get to this wonderful hotel, if, of course, there are free places. We sincerely wish success and prosperity to all the hotel staff and management!!!

I liked the hotel! Yes, it's a bit far to the center, but given the low cost, you can also take a taxi)) depending on the load on the roads from 6 to 15p. You can also use public transport, the bus stop is nearby. Metro/bus for 1p.
There is a dining room at the hotel, it's a pity that it only works on weekdays. Large and spacious room, separate bathroom.node. Excellent number of towels, 3 towels per person. There was no cleaning for 4 days, on the 3rd, the garbage was taken out.
For early check-in / late check-out from 2 to 12 hours, half the cost of the daily fee is charged.
A hairdryer is provided for free, ironing is paid.
There is no elevator.
There is a beautiful botanical garden nearby, definitely worth a visit. Before entering, you need to walk a few stops towards the metro, and you can exit the garden right in front of the hotel.
The hotel has a gym, billiards, massage chair. I recommend the chair! It's super! At the cost of a penny, and the pleasure is a million:)))

One of the few places that were free during the May holidays in Minsk. We got two-room mansions with their own kitchen. Cars can be parked in a protected area behind a barrier. The city center is not far away - 15-20 minutes drive.
Of the disadvantages, there are not enough cafes and restaurants nearby. On weekends, the local cafe does not work and to have breakfast, you need to go somewhere in the center.
There is a gym.

A great hotel, there is everything you need: very comfortable mattresses, shower and toilet in the block (the room was for two rooms), refrigerator,air conditioning, kettle, TV. Everything is absolutely clean and working. There is liquid soap and shampoo in the shower. Disposable hygiene products and slippers can be purchased separately at the reception. There's also tea and coffee. Nice staff. Excellent sound insulation of the rooms. I recommend.

Clean, cozy room, friendly staff. Good location. I liked everything. A fat minus to the guards. The barrier is not opened when the bell is called. There is no answer to the phone. We stood a little uncritically, stopped by and parked the car. An elderly security guard came out and told us to park in another place, because we are not leaving today. The place is already between 2 parked cars. The place is narrow for a bus. We could barely open the door and get out. To a reasonable question, why if there are enough places and why don't you immediately go out and park, or answer the phone and immediately tell me which place to stand. She brazenly began to answer, called us collective farmers. Unexpectedly!!! I'm speechless. She said she would go now and fill out a book of comments and suggestions. So she began to push me in the shoulder and tell me that she was sitting in this building, and I was going further there. Dear management, please pay attention to the security staff, such things are not allowed... The hotel itself is not big. Cozy! Price/quality 10 out of 10.

My daughter stayed with a friend. Convenient location of the hotel, transport accessibility. The rooms are clean, there are bathroom amenities, a kettle, a refrigerator and a TV. The overall impression is positive: clean, warm, cozy, there is a TV, Internet, air conditioning, kettle. That is, you can relax by sticking to the TV or the Internet, or you can just sleep after an active pastime. Judging by the photos, there is billiards, ping pong, but we were not up to it, we had too busy days, so we came here just to sleep and gain strength. The hotel territory is clean, tidy, beautiful, there are benches, plantings, the area is quiet, the best place to relax, there is also a dining room on the territory. A huge plus is the cost of accommodation: we planned a trip for the weekend coinciding with International Women's Day and, of all the hotels that I reviewed, this turned out to be the only one that did not raise prices and where check-in was available on March 8th. Now, from the cons: the dining room does not work on weekends, and we were just on weekends, so I won't say anything about the quality of the dishes, it's quite difficult transport accessibility: you can only get to the center, to the train station, to the national library with transfers. One stop is 350 meters away, the other is 500 meters away, there is no metro nearby. Conclusion: as I wrote above, the overall impression is positive, I rate the hotel itself at 5, but due to the non-working dining room on weekends and difficult transport accessibility, I put 4 stars. For those who are not confused by trips with transfers by public transport or who use a private car or taxi, I definitely recommend the hotel. I think myself, next time, I'll stop here if I don't find more tempting offers. And if I find it, I will definitely write about it. I wish you all good health and all the best.See you soon. 😉

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, near a cafe dining room with affordable prices. We lived in a block-type room, with two rooms with a toilet and a bathroom. The disadvantage of such a system is poor sound insulation. Among the staff, I would like to mention the administrator Alexey, who helped with Wi-Fi and paperwork.

It's a long way from the metro and public transport stops, in the courtyards, but spacious rooms, a cooler with water, you can use a microwave and a 7-minute walk to a convenience store, and most importantly, a good price for the capital.

A good and very inexpensive hotel. It is located near the center, a couple of bus stops to the Akademicheskaya metro station. We took an economy room - shared toilet and shower in two separate rooms. There is soap, towels, shampoo/gel. There is no hair dryer.

A good hotel. I didn't find it cheaper for the right dates. There is a refrigerator in the room - it's generally chic. The area is quiet, everything is clean (even if not completely new). The bed is normal, I got enough sleep. A good option, minus one - 20 minutes walk to the metro.

Overall a good place. It's quiet around, although in the morning the school or someone else turned on the music. The staff is polite, they gave a teaspoon on request. The room requires thorough cleaning (see cobwebs and dirty faucets in the photo) with a vacuum cleaner and detergents. They don't clean at all on weekends. If there is a kettle in the room, what is the problem with putting a cup and a spoon? There is a 2 watt light bulb in the toilet, if not less, it is dark. I also don't understand why there is a tub of plants on the windowsill.

Eco-house for a strong four, furniture, exterior, interior all looks great. It would be nice to change the carpets in the rooms, they have been soiled for a long time. Teapots and glasses are available in comanats. 3 towels, always clean. The bed is clean! Very polite staff. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression, it is located in a quiet area. You sleep peacefully at night. I will definitely come again.

I came to Minsk for 5 days. I booked a room in this hotel. Very quiet and peaceful place. I made an advance payment for the first day. The remaining amount was paid on the day of arrival. Settled quickly. The room has everything you need: a kettle, a mini-refrigerator, water cups, towels. Everything works. Take shampoos, shower gels, hair dryer with you, because they are not in the room. I had a double room (standard). There is an extra blanket in the closet for those who are always freezing))) Clothes can be ironed for free on the ground floor. You can wash it for a fee. There is a cafe in the hotel. For a very nominal fee, you can have a VERY tasty meal. There are a lot of people in the cafe at lunchtime, but there is enough food for everyone and tables too.

There is a grocery store nearby (5 minutes on foot).
This hotel will be one of my favorite places to stop in Minsk. If there are no high expectations for the room and you need something convenient and simple, then the Eco-house will definitely fit) I'll come back here)

Отличная гостиница! Цены минимальные, а по уровню тянет на 2-3 звёзды 👍 Идеальная чистота, очень тихо, номера оформлены минималистично, приятно. Просторная ванная комната, удобная кровать, наполнение номера продуманное, всё есть.
Гостиница не переполнена, номера были в день обращения.
Тихий зелёный район, от центра добираться удобно (5-7р такси). Очень приветливые администраторы, можно выпить кофе и купить зефирки на ресепшн)
В мое посещение (конец июня) не было горячей воды, можно было сходить в соседнее здание в душевую (в двух шагах). За такую цену даже не считаю это минусом, тем более по телефону сразу предупредили.
Буду возвращаться и рекомендовать друзьям!

The room is nice and big. In a quiet place, but far from the metro. I take off the star for the rude greeting of the administrator upon arrival. The broken cornice in the room and the shower stall did not drain well.

Остановились в Экодоме на праздничные дни (6-9 мая). Расположение не очень удобное, покушать поблизости не где (я имею ввиду не шаурму, а более менее приличное заведение). Завтраков, обедов и ужинов в отеле на было, так как обслуживающий персонал был тоже на выходных (и такое бывает). Территория ухоженная. Первые два такси приезжали на туда из-за неправильного входа
При входе в отель нас встретил самый приятный персонал. Только из-за женщин на ресепшене вернулась бы в этот отель.
Нас расположили на первом этаже в блоке на две комнаты. Блок включал в себя: туалет (был оборудован для людей с ограниченными возможностями, хотя таких в блоке не было), душевая (для искупаться пойдёт, но не совсем чисто убрана; на второй день 7 мая перегорела.
лампочка в ванной комнате, до уезда мастер так и не пришел, наверное, тоже отдыхал на праздники), комната (была удобная кровать, но под кровать лучше на заглядывать, под одной из под кроватей нас ждал сюрприз, фантики, коробки, какие-то детали; было холодно - кондиционера нет, благо были вторые одеяла, которыми спасались ночью). Шумоизоляции никакой.
В общем в этой гостинице порадовали только женшины на ресепшене! Очень милые и доброжелательные! Вам большое спасибо, что в отзыве стоит 3 звезды, а не 1)

Прекрасный персонал, везде чистота. Все работает телевидение, вайфай, душ. Очень удобные подушки и матрасы. Тихий район. Своя парковка. Очень понравилось. Есть велосипеды на прокат.

Гостиница отличная. Всем рекомендую, за такие деньги супер. Постельное белье чистейшее ( для меня это главное). Матрасы хорошие.
Тишина и покой. После прогулок по городу -полный релакс. Завтраки не входят в стоимость, но зато работает кафешка. По выходным закрыта. В каждом номере чайник и холодильник, голодными не останетесь.
Сотрудники отеля приветливые ,позитивные и отзывчивая люди. Любую вашу проблему не оставлять без внимания. Да и господа, которые хотят от 2* сервис 5*, вам не сюда.
Если ещё раз будем в Минске, то обязательно остановимся здесь.

Очень уютная гостиница. Номера чистые, всё для отдыха имеется. Очень порадовала тишина и спокойствие. Персонал очень приятный, вежливый. Так участливы все, будто тебя здесь ждали. Очень это приятно. Имеется кафе, где вкусно покормят и завтраком, и обедом. Остались очень хорошие впечатления. Благодарны всему персоналу. Спасибо!

Очень приличная гостиница в Минске. Свежий ремонт. В обед есть своя столовая где можно недорого подкрепится. Неплохое расположение, до центра конечно не близко но и не очень далеко.

Встретила нас солдат в юбке, сразу сообщила, что воду покупать у нее, вода из кулера для кофе (тоже за деньги), а значит, не про нашу честь. Жаль, что с такими людьми сервис остаетмя на уровне 80-х...
А вот, Алексей(следующая смена), очень доброжелателен и сказал, что вода для всех. Жать, что не предусмотрены кулеры на этаже.
В номере, в туалете мыла не оказалось, душевая как центрифуга, того и гляди перевернешься.
Так вроде чисто, но осадочек от приёма остался.
