On September 12, two Russian citizens and I were not allowed on the Riga-Moscow bus, we showed the law of the Russian Federation that Russian citizens have the right to enter Russia without a PCR test, but the driver behaved aggressively and shouted. We also asked where on the website there is such information when buying a ticket? If you open the ecolines website and the rules of border crossing, then only foreign citizens need a PCR test to enter Russia!!! We were left in the evening at the stinking cold bus station in Riga among the homeless and drunks. I had to pay for a taxi, a hotel and a plane for 8 a.m. Riga-St. Petersburg, and from there an expensive high-speed Sapsan train to Moscow to get to Moscow on September 13, I had only three cats and a dog there...I boarded the airbaliik plane the next morning without any problems or tests. On what basis did the bus driver not let the three of us Russian citizens on the bus, we had no fever or any other symptoms, the bus driver said that he called the management and it replied not to let us on the bus. But strangely, on March 1, 2021, when I was traveling Germany-Riga, 5 people were sitting with the test, who were traveling to Latvia, and 50 people were all without tests, because they were traveling to Poland or Lithuania and the bus driver was not afraid that they would infect us. I believe that it was the citizens of Russia who wanted to humiliate in this situation. Illegally leaving us in a strange city at a stinking train station in the evening!!! The ticket cost 60 euros for the bus, at the moment I have not received any response on the issue. I had to spend 250 euros on the road from above to get to Moscow the next day by detours!!!
Nowhere on the site is there any information that Russian citizens need a test to travel to Russia!!!
