20.02 I bought a shop tour to Bialystok in the company Save buy. Complete inconsistency of the proposed program. And most importantly, the tour was delayed for a full day. Instead of the usual arrival schedule at 7.00 am, we returned to Minsk at 16.00, and in this regard, I was absent from work all day, I had absenteeism. From a legal point of view and tax legislation, the company does not have a contract, it has not been concluded with me. The money was taken from me after crossing the Belarusian border, most importantly, they did not give me a check. The senior of the group, Elena passed away, there is zero attention and care for the passengers. I already know the answer that it's not our fault, we stood at the border for 9 hours, but no one even moved to find out, to ask why the customs control service serves trucks and cars, but not our bus, which we miss. Complete callousness, not in a hurry, dealing only with their own distribution of goods. It is terrible that the senior groups should take care of the passengers being transported, show attention. They were not up to it, they had to fulfill requests for their friends. Failure to fulfill their official duties caused a flight delay, they left the Belarusian customs, and packed bags for an hour, this procedure takes 15 minutes. But they do not understand that people are rushing home to Minsk, they still need to get to the regional cities. I spent two days and two nights on a shopping tour, it's a pity for the expensive working time. I ask for a refund! I do not recommend this company.

Also , you can be safely forgotten at the gas station and go on. There is absolutely no responsibility and punctuality . The time allocated for the shops was not respected.
