EconomyBookings are real *** that do not perform their functions, but simply rip off money when booking, do not provide a car reservation and hide from any human contacts to clarify the situation. The answering machine answers the calls, or you just hang for hours listening to music, and it doesn't end with anything. The robot also responds by e-mail with template phrases that the request has been received and is being considered. The standard time frame for reviewing a complaint is 7-28 business days!!!!, which are also not respected, because there is no response after that. My situation: I booked a car, EconomyBookings wrote off the prepayment. I was not provided with a car on the spot, saying that my reservation was missing, and there were no available cars. I have written EconomyBookings more than 8 emails, it has been more than a month. During this time, the automatic response came several times that my question was being considered. The money has not been refunded, no apologies have been provided, and no damage has been reimbursed due to disrupted plans and overspending due to the lack of a car. Just utter silence and the inability to contact any person from the company.
Brazenly deceived, the first time they gave a voucher, which eventually did not work (about 40 euros), the second time they were fined 60 euros due to the fact that they canceled the booking without my request, themselves.
The office is absolutely hostile to the Russians, they don't even try to solve problems, they don't answer letters stupidly.

I booked a car when I arrived in Kiev on June 9, 2019. I made the order at 08-01, being in the city of Uman. I left for Kiev around 9:00 a.m. Due to traffic jams and a short distance, I found myself near the office of this rental company around 16-00. The office was closed. I repeatedly called all the phones listed in the application. Once they picked up the phone and said that everything was already closed. No one else answered the phone. After returning to Moscow, he began to try to cancel the payment paid with the Tinkoff Black card. To which, after much explanation by phone, Tinkoff Bank refused to block the payment, advising to contact this rental office by mail. After repeated requests, money in the amount of 67.6 dollars (4468.36 rubles) They never returned it to me. But Tinkoff Bank, which advertised cashback for the purchase of this service, received its own percentage.

At the time of booking, an advance payment of 150 euros was taken (with a total order amount of 200 euros). As a result, the rental company could not debit the deposit from my card, for some unknown reason (another company was able to do it calmly) and refused to issue a car. The cash deposit was also not accepted. As a result, I was left without a car and without prepayment!! They said that they would not return the advance payment, as these are my problems.
Do not use this service, if ordinary ticket aggregators simply collect offers and you are already choosing where to get them, then these impose additional services, take advantage of your inattention. Even if you cancel the reservation according to the rules, you will beat the hell out of them. The Call Center pretends that they don't know anything, they can't answer a single question. And the support service supposedly communicates only by mail, but also does not respond by mail, of course. Contact the local rental offices directly and you won't find any problems. Much easier and faster. And stay away from this office.
They withdrew money on prepayment, and then refused to provide a car, called the customer support service, wrote a letter on the answering machine, your question will be examined for 7-10 working days, in general, a divorce!
Beware, these are scammers!
I took a car in Italy through this company for two weeks, they sent an invoice for rent and full insurance, plus an addition to the deposit that the Budget company daughter of AVIS was supposed to take 500 Euros.
In fact, the Budget company said that they do not know anything and will not give out a car without paying 1,175 Euros, where full insurance is provided again!
To my inquiries and calls to the company Economybookings.com they answer, wait for a reply by mail, and then they said that you are to blame and will not refund the difference withheld in the same seemingly fraudulent company!!!
