the location is good, 10 minutes to the metro, close to shops
the rooms are probably rarely cleaned: there was small debris on the floor, glass in the shower soap dish, but I knew that you can be ready for this according to other reviews. there is no curtain in the shower, so it is wet/wet. the bed and furniture are clean
very good-natured administration, always ready to help. we booked for two, but we were given a room for three. good Wi-Fi
we mostly didn't spend time at the hotel, the most important thing was to rest and sleep, and for this there was a comfortable bed and air conditioning. therefore, I recommend the hotel, if you are ready for the listed disadvantages, they are compensated by the price

I will share my impressions of booking and visiting this hotel.
1. When booking an apartment, there are discrepancies in the price stated on the "Island" and paid upon check-in.
2. In our apartment, the door to the bathroom opened very badly - the problem was in the lock. The shower cabin was missing one of the glass blinds and cups for cleaning brushes.
3. The bed linen has stains. The towels are "washed" to a gray shade, although their color is white.
4. Parking as you're lucky.
Such an apartment is suitable for one night.

We rested for the first time in Tbilisi, chose an inexpensive hotel, and were very satisfied. For a little money, we gained the warmth of the staff and high quality of service. We rate this place at the highest level. We will definitely return there.
