On Saturday, at about 21.00, I was refused the purchase of a vitamin complex due to the fact that I had a 4-month-old puppy of a small breed dog (Jack Russell terrier) in my arms.
Yes, the entrance to the pharmacy with animals may be prohibited. But, if there is not a single customer in the pharmacy, and the puppy is in his arms, does not touch any surfaces and cannot harm a pharmacy employee, then refusing to buy to the customer is very bad. During the time that the pharmacy employee demanded in raised tones that I leave, he could easily sell what I came for...
Laws must be followed, of course. But the laws do not prescribe boorish behavior to those who must comply with them.
According to the law, a puppy of this size does not even need to wear a muzzle.
It is a pity that, hiding behind the laws, many lose their human face.
