Terrible service! Rhinoplasty consultations are held only 4 hours a week Mon and Wed from 17 to 19 and only on a first-come, first-served basis, you cannot sign up. As soon as we managed to allocate time, we arrived at 16.55, the administrator said that the doctor was delayed after the operation and there was a girl in front of us for a dressing, that the wait would be about half an hour. As a result, everyone who came after us for dressing was allowed in front of us, this is 5 people, and we stood in the clinic for 1 hour and 40 minutes, we stood there because there was nowhere to sit down. And it is worth adding that the clinic is open until 19.00 and when they took the next person in front of us, there were 20 minutes left before closing, we freaked out and left. Even if we had waited, at what time would we have been accepted??? for 5 minutes or "come back another day, we didn't have time"??? I chose a clinic for a long time and wanted to do two surgeries here, as well as two operations in a couple of months for my mother-in-law. Thank you, we will look for another clinic!!!!
