Excellent rooms, good staff, help with all questions, only very poor breakfasts.The location is great, I recommend the hotel.I had a rest from 19.01 to 29.01.2023.

The hotel is located on 3rd street, close to many cafes and shops for every taste. We lived in a room with a balcony, of which there are very few in the hotel. The Windows overlook the road, the street is noisy. An ice cream man is working under the window, hammering his spatulas on the freezer pan from morning until late at night-goodbye to sleep. The pool in the hotel is very small on the 10th floor. The breakfasts are not bad, there are plenty to choose from. There are a lot of rooms without Windows, why do you understand only when you come to Nha Trang, the hotels are one-to-one.

We took a senior deluxe room with a balcony with access to the 3rd line, on the 5th floor. For three stars, the hotel is excellent, very comfortable and cozy. We found a room with two beds, the second bed took up space)) plus, the refrigerator was running and the door to the balcony did not open well, so we decided to change it, but after we were shown an alternative with a balcony to the courtyard, we realized that our room was quite suitable for us.) Breakfasts are quite varied, every day several types of fruits. There are not many Chinese, about 50/50 with Russians. Noise insulation is tolerable, but repairs in the neighboring building in the morning did not allow us to sleep properly, a punch in the brain at 8 a.m. is the best alarm clock.) In my opinion, the service is quite good, cleaning every day, changing options regularly, the only moment amused us is that the sheet was just turned upside down one day head)) The staff is smiling and friendly. Great location. There are all amenities, shops, cafes and currency exchange near the hotel. I will write about the divorce of tourists during the eviction later, let's see if they try to deceive us. The guys we met during the vacation took a bike at the hotel, it was in normal condition, without jambs, so you can take it, especially since the price tag is acceptable - 120k.
P.S. There were no problems with eviction, they gave the passports, helped to carry the luggage to the bus. In general, we are happy with everything.
