A very arrogant, boorish owner of this store. I ordered a bouquet and balloons in advance, paid for everything, and came to pick them up on the way to the celebration. The balls were the wrong color that I chose, all dirty, half-blown (they did not reach the celebration, they all fell). The flowers are sluggish, not fresh at all. I was very upset and crying. She asked for a refund, or to redo it. They refused to cut it off and even rudely almost kicked out of the store. I understand that now is a difficult time for business, but you have to stay human.
