In fact, a very expensive dress was ruined. They were sent for dry cleaning again, new chemical stains appeared. The employees communicate in a very boorish way. They refused to contact the company's management. At the same time, they blatantly lie that there were new stains when taking things. You will have to write an official request to the main office and apply for damages and deal further with the authorities. It is very unpleasant, I do not recommend it both in terms of the quality of work and the level of service and communication with customers.

I took the stroller to the dry cleaners. The stroller was returned wet. I took her away because there was nothing to carry the baby on. I think it will dry out at home. The stroller dried up, remained dirty, but smelled strongly of detergent (they pretended to wash it). And they also tore off the handle! I do not recommend it! And the price for the service was not small at all! And I had to wait about a week!
