We had a rest at the Edelweiss Hotel Resort and were absolutely delighted! A great place for a relaxing vacation. Cozy rooms, excellent cleaning, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, and there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, from pools to spa treatments. There is a picturesque nature all around, an ideal place for walking. I liked that the hotel felt the attention to every guest. I definitely recommend it for those who want to relax in a comfortable environment with a high level of service!

The whole team, about 60 people, stayed there and had a great time! The staff is very polite and attentive. We held a conference and several events. Everything went very well. Excellent recreation area, the hotel has modern, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, delicious cuisine, there is a climbing wall, 2 indoor and outdoor pools, there are children's playgrounds, sports grounds, in general we rested, there are a lot of positive emotions. On the 6th floor there is a comfortable restaurant with access to a balcony and a view of the mountains and nature!!! There is a TV in Russian.You will like the mouthpiece!

A great place for a family vacation from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoying the fresh air. Karaoke and mafia are organized in the evenings. The cost of the room and dishes seems overpriced due to the location.
It is worth noting the presence of children's areas, summer and winter pools.
The restaurant is one and is located on the ground floor, because of this dish you will have to wait longer.

There is a good area around, the nature is wonderful, two swimming pools, the view from the windows is beautiful, the staff is polite.
Of the cons:
1. You have to wait a long time for an order in the restaurant, more than half of the bar menu was missing, it is impossible to take a glass of wine, only a whole bottle can be bought. Coffee doesn't taste good at all. There is no kettle in the suite, only water and glasses, and there is not even any memo with phone numbers, where to call and how to connect wi-fi. I had to go down to the reception to find out the phone number. The price per night in the room is quite high, and such things are not provided for the comfort of guests.
2. Breakfast is quite meager. The table on which the food was laid out was untidy, everything looked somehow careless, and the tables where we had breakfast since last night's dinner, as if no one had cleaned, there were crumbs and stained tablecloths, in general, unpleasant.

The bartender refused to make us cocktails, saying he didn't have time for that. Although we had pre-ordered cocktails for dinner. The waiter carried our food for over an hour. Perhaps the best place outside of Tashkent, where the price matches the quality. Not far from the city, a small but very well-maintained area. The rooms are the best of all that are offered in the mountains: the bathrooms are chic with modern plumbing, no foreign smell and even vents in addition. All rooms are large and cozy, mattresses - your back will thank you, bed linen - stripe satin. The breakfasts are excellent! I just don't have enough good coffee. A couple of years ago, guests were offered capsule coffee, but it seems that the guests themselves have put the coffee machines into disrepair.

The beautiful location of the mountain, the silence, the hotel itself is quite clean. But everything can be ruined by the hotel manager, whose name, if she didn't lie, of course, is Oksana. This is an example of the fact that it is contraindicated for a person to work with Clients. This madam negates all the investments of the owners in this wonderful place with her rudeness and inability to solve emerging situations. It is clear that everything regarding the staff is at a very low level here, you can ask 10 times to bring something to the room, wait for the waiter to come to you in the restaurant, etc. The guys work all good and friendly, but because of such a manager, no one has heard about customer orientation and competent organization of work. All processes are not organized. Owners, drive such a false manager with a "dirty broom", it is because of such that businesses collapse and revenue decreases, and for customers a spoiled vacation or an event held. Everything was great! Polite staff.clean territory. Cool indoor pool. Delicious breakfasts. But we were in the cottage, the beds are a quiet horror. It's like sleeping on the boards. Everything hurts. I hope the beds in the rooms are better. And another disadvantage is that the kitchen is not prepared for the weekend. There were no meat dishes at all. And the fact that it was too little for such a price.

The staff, especially the "Housekeeper" is a bit rude for the money that visitors pay.
The breakfast buffet is normal. But the dishes for lunch and dinner are about nothing.

Exactly the best vacation spot we've been to at the moment in the current location and price category.
The territory: there is, and it is rather big. And beautiful, and they take care of her. Judging by the construction site in the district, there are plans to attach a section along the mountain river in front of the hotel, a promenade style, but this is not accurate. Exactly: there is a rope park, formally it always works if you do not need insurance. If necessary, it works during the season. The climbing wall is the same story. The pool on the top floor is open all year round and around the clock. Summer - it works, clean and fresh, the water is icy, but these are mountains, the season will be later. The icy one went well for us.
Room: the fire is simple, minimalistic, perfectly clean, modernly decorated, not shabby. A separate like for terry bathrobes, slippers and the nicest bed linen. If possible, ask for a higher floor and a view of the garden in front of the hotel. Then you can still starwatch directly from the balcony.
Service: it is there! You, such, came to the summer pool, where there is no one, because it is cold, and therefore the sunbeds have not yet been laid out, and the staff are running ahead of you to lay them out. And wash it - I'm probably the first one after winter. And that's it.
Restaurant: there are problems here. There are no questions for the chefs, there are for the waiters. For example: we order beer, there is none. They say there is something else. After 15 minutes, he's gone. And then it turns out that the store is 1 minute away, and you could have bought it and not refused the guest, but for some reason it does not occur to you. By the way, beer has not appeared in two days. It's on the menu, of course. These are small things, but this is a very local style. Wish: add a little more than three items to the menu of national cuisine, which can only be ordered in bulk. Not everyone likes European cuisine in a non-European area.
In general, I sincerely wish the place, which is perfectly conceived and designed, not to forget all this, to monitor the condition of the hotel and the territory (in some places it starts to deteriorate, after all), a good SMM (little PR, I stumbled upon the hotel on the map absolutely by accident) and more guests. Guests - they make the service better, the food tastier, and the services more diverse.

The room is clean, the linen is clean, there are no smells, the shower, etc. everything works. There is a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, slippers and even bathrobes. The room (standard) has everything you need except a refrigerator. El kettle will be brought on call, free of charge. Water 2 bottles of 0.5 each. But we boiled the water from the plumbing, it's clean there. Everything is compact, entertainment for children and adults, a winter rooftop pool, a rope town, etc. Good billiards (two tables are not stained, not burned, not torn). The weather is great when it's almost spring in the city, there is up to half a meter of snow, clean air. Great breakfast, very good prices in the restaurant, delicious cook, special thanks!
Minuses
You can put up a poster at the entrance, all those who pass by for the first time, then reverse back to the turn. The paths from the snow are almost not cleaned, the central entrance to the building is very slippery, the plastic paths on the steps are not attached and roll on the marble like skates. The elderly and children must be accompanied, there is no railing. The partitions are very poorly soundproof, you can hear everything, especially noisy companies and slamming doors. The reception does not respond after 12 am, you do not know who to contact, especially if the neighbors turned on the music at full power at 1.00 am))) (as it was in our case before 3.00 am ).
