I was vacationing with Albina and Albert with my mother and friend in September 2024. A great quiet place. The rooms are very clean, the owners of the Guest house are wonderful kind and helpful people. Everyone told me where to eat , where the beaches are . I will definitely come back next year. I recommend to everyone a great place for a quiet relaxing holiday, a place where you want to return

They were at the end of August 2024. The room was a triple room for two (second floor of the main house). The beds are about 50 years old, probably like from Soviet childhood. The bed linen is natural.The audibility is almost 100%. The windows looked out onto the balcony opposite the dryer, where the second floor hung things. The room is even tiny for two, the three of us can't imagine how to be there. The bathroom is spacious, but🤭. On the first evening, there was a very noisy company in the dining area, like in a nightclub (earplugs were saved). On the rest of the rest days, everything is calm, because mostly pensioners have stopped by. So the silence depends on the contingent, how lucky you are.
In Ldzaa, electricity is often cut off and everything jumps in the guest house: TV, air conditioning, Internet 🥴I wish Albert and Albina to buy good generators and uninterruptible power supplies for a comfortable stay of guests)
In general, the territory is all green and the dog is just a darling😍

Everything is just fine. Always clean and tidy. The rooms are cozy, there is Parking for a car, Wi-Fi, a shower with hot water and just a super attitude towards the guests (as if he came to visit relatives). There are simply no disadvantages, we rested both body and soul.

Nice place. Very hospitable host! He calls all the guests by their first names. He helps everyone in any way he can. The rooms are clean. A yard with a playground, with grass. Children have fun. There is a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. The dishes are good . That's enough! Very clean. There is a drink shop right there. Prices are like everywhere else. It's convenient, you don't have to go anywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach by road.

Thank you very much to the hosts!! We arrived late and could not find accommodation by the sea. We decided that we would spend the night and continue the search in the morning, but no one wanted to let us in for one night. They let us in here, also treated us to beer, and had a wonderful evening.
