We have lunch for the second time and are very surprised how delicious it is and it is very pleasant to be inside. The location next to the Ferris wheel, found by chance, went after the wheel. Khinkali is the best in Gagra, we thought we would no longer find the real right khinkali, they stick chicken or other incomprehensible minced meat everywhere, but here it's just a delight! And the boat is delicious and I took the soup - rich, delicious, a lot of meat. It's a pity we live in another part of Gagra and we can't walk here every day. Special thanks to the cook from the Khinkali connoisseurs! You are the best in Gagra! There are no photos of hinkals, because they were eaten right away 😂

It's a great place. We often had breakfast there, rice porridge and cheesecakes are just space. Pleasant music and atmosphere in the evenings. They cook very well. The waiter girls are very friendly, so it's not even a pity to pay 8% for the service. Tables and rooms are always clean.

This is a cozy cafe where you can eat and relax. Everything is very tasty and beautifully decorated. I give the chefs an A plus. Well done.There is live music where a young girl sings in a diverse repertoire. If desired, you can dance and not only to modern music, the highlight is that the guest can order music in their national tradition. And how many guests are coming from different parts of Russia. This is felt with different dance orders. It's great. I recommend.

In my opinion, one of the best cafes in Gagra!! The staff is kind and helpful, the portions are simply huge and unrealistically delicious, and the prices are much better than in canteens of much lower quality. It's a pity that we found this cafe on the last day of our vacation, we would have come here every day!!

We were there in the evening, the service was terribly long, we waited for half an hour only for lemonade, then it's unclear how much food. They asked me to bring more lemonade. We waited for about 20 minutes after we finished eating. After that, it turned out that the waiter had forgotten about him. They asked for the bill, and again the wait was 10-15 minutes.
What turned out to be the most unpleasant, we were cheated. We ordered 2 dishes and 2 lemonades, I remembered the prices, but I counted them after we left and paid. Yes, it's your own fault, but sometimes you just don't expect that you can be deceived in places like this.
The kitchen itself is three-star, nothing special, but it's not poison either

A quiet horror, not a cafe. I ordered khinkali, after 20 minutes it turned out that there were none. I asked for dumplings, waited 45 minutes. And the appliances were not served. Maybe in Abkhazia they eat dumplings with their hands. In general, both the service and the kitchen itself are beyond criticism. I don't know what the score is. It is necessary to introduce negative ratings.

The problems of this institution begin with the service. The waitress can't take the order properly the first time, she just didn't write down a few dishes and then had to wait another time when one of us had already eaten. The cooking time is long, carbonara was waited for 20 minutes, soups for more than an hour and a half. The serving of dishes is illogical, two dishes were brought to me one by one, while the others were content with compote and watched me eat. The food is average, I can't say anything special, but it's quite edible for this price. Regarding prices in general, the waitresses take 8% off the check, but that's okay, but when they charged us 1900 rubles, when the amount of all the food on the menu was 1200, I was generally a little shocked. To summarize, if you are reading this review, then do not go to this Eden institution, most likely you will be deceived.

They asked the chef to come up, it's just something very untidy, dirty. The white T-shirt has long become black, with greasy spots, an incomprehensible baseball cap, a place for a cap, elementary dirt under the nails, and dirty feet (it was in flip-flops, it was not difficult to notice). When we decided to ask a question about the hair , she could not clearly explain ANYTHING to us 🤷Only 2 points were saved: very tasty cocktails from a pretty young girl behind the bar and a tall, dark girl with a tattoo, a waitress who tried in every possible way to make amends (they did not remember the name because they did not visit this institution anymore)
I do not recommend it, the unsanitary appearance of the chefs says it all!!!

We came in 2022 and sometimes went to this cafe. I can't say that everything was OK, but it was more or less delicious. The average bill was 1800 rubles. Two adults and two children.
We went twice this year. They were horrified... The waiters are sitting with their friends, talking loudly, as if there are no visitors ...
The food from the word is not tasty at all! We ordered shish kebab, Caesar with chicken, meat in French. It was something!!!
2400 came out - 2 adults and 1 child.
We could not eat meat in French, some veins and taste disgusting, and the smell of meat. As a result, we paid 750 rubles for this meat, which we did not eat. Caesar was covered in oil (a lot of oil), I tried to hold the plate sideways so that everything was glass. The impression is terrible.
The last time we went there. I don't recommend it. The child was left hungry!
