I will leave my honest feedback. For clarity, I added a photo with marks of what color the flowers should be! I ordered flowers in advance for Mother's Day, the colors were purple, white, pink. As a result, they brought this. To say that I am upset, that the woman for whom these flowers were delivered is upset, is not to say anything. The photo was not shown to me before delivery, if I had seen it in advance, I would have refused altogether. But back in May I did the delivery and was very happy, but now I'm probably out of luck. Guys, feel free to ask for a photo before delivery!

The terrible quality of the flowers. A bouquet of 21 roses bought at lunch did not last even until the evening. The store's employees explain this by improper delivery and storage. There were not many flowers on the street, from the store directly to the taxi, from the taxi to the house. After long negotiations on various phones, as an apology, they offered a pretty composition, but significantly inferior in value to the originally purchased flowers (the bouquet cost 210 rubles).

The feeling that they are spinning 5 stars by themselves... Go to this store on any big holiday, such as March 8 or Mother's Day. The minimum idle time in the queue is 30-40 minutes. And this despite the fact that half-asleep boorish saleswomen are constantly walking back and forth in the hall. There are always at least 6-8 people, BUT only ONE collects bouquets and sells flowers!!!! And when the mood appears, the second one comes to her aid. There is no one to ask a question, there is no one to buy just 5 roses without change and without standing in line. One is responsible for the flowerpots, the second for the pots to the flowerpots, the third for the postcards, the fourth for the decor, the rest are smoking in the back room. I don't go there anymore. There are other flower shops in the city where flowers are bought in 5 minutes on holidays.

The flowers did not stand for half a day, the chrysanthemums, which we always have for more than a month, lowered their heads and fell down, although not even a day had passed!!! The bush rose lowered its heads after a couple of hours. The prices are huge, and the quality of the flowers is terrible. Don't put your foot in there anymore. The holiday and the mood is ruined!
