We made an order for March 8, paid online. They said to pick it up from 9:00-12:00, my husband came to pick it up, there was no order, they said to wait an hour and bring the delivery home. After an hour, the flowers were not delivered! As a result, the courier brought two bouquets, ordered three! By passing this, they ruined the mood, ruined the plans for the day! The first time we faced such an unpleasant situation, also on the day of the holiday! The staff spoke impolitely! I had to drive up to the point several times and complain!
