I signed up for a workout at 20:00, the workout started at 20:08, and it didn't start, but the coach shouted from the corner of the door in parallel with someone talking -they ran, in general, the training program was no, there were no back exercises, there were warm-up exercises, but little, it consisted simply of basic exercises by type, butterfly, frog, fold, twine, which the coach did not show, but voiced in words, but the coach actively corresponded on the phone, the temperature in the gym is not comfortable for such a low-activity workout, I was frozen, it's bad for stretching.
The music selection is disgusting, such compositions as blonde glamour, dark rum and whiskey sex on our roof, and so on were played. I would like something more neutral, because not everyone has such a musical taste)
Cleanliness is also lame, I wanted to put the key to the locker room on the windowsill, got my hand in a spider web, all the mats and cubes are very shabby, it would also be great if there were slippers, because you need to take off your shoes at the entrance and walk barefoot to the locker room. And after finishing the workout, the receptionist asked me: Well, how's the coach?
In general, I didn't get anything but negative emotions.

One of the best stretching and fitness studios in my personal top. Convenient location, many destinations that can be visited with one subscription, two spacious bright halls, a separate locker room with lockers for personal belongings, always clean, hammocks are regularly dry-cleaned, a lot of indoor plants, which brings you even closer to the feeling that you are in paradise. prices correspond to the quality of services provided. I would like to mention the coaches separately, each is a professional in his field with a lot of experience behind him, there are 6 mini-groups for aero, and everyone is given time (they will help, direct, insure). The guys are constantly working on improving the studio, organizing challenges and various activities. If you are looking for a studio, then I heartily recommend that you sign up for at least a trial class for a little more than a cup of coffee and draw your own conclusions.

My favorite stretching studio in Minsk. Amazing professional trainers, an easy relaxed atmosphere. Coaches approach everyone and pull everyone, not all studios have this. There are many different directions, everyone will find something for themselves. I've been working there for more than 1.5 years, I've been in other studios, but the guys really give themselves to their work. I recommend it
