Of the disadvantages, it should be noted the uncomfortable mattress in the bedroom, although my husband did not complain, but I suffered. I was also not very comfortable, but this is more a subjective feeling than a fact.

Convenient location, close to supermarket, metro station, bakery on the corner. The apartment is well equipped with capsule coffee maker, toaster, TV, kettle. Excellent renovation and comfortable beds. The sofa is folding. It's quiet at night.
