A very friendly host, ready to hear and help if necessary, quite spacious for Paris, conveniently located, quiet (the Windows overlooked the courtyard), there were all the necessary little things in the kitchen, and in the bathroom too. Of the disadvantages, it should be noted the uncomfortable mattress in the bedroom, although my husband did not complain, but I suffered. I was also not very comfortable, but this is more a subjective feeling than a fact.
Convenient location, close to supermarket, metro station, bakery on the corner. The apartment is well equipped with capsule coffee maker, toaster, TV, kettle. Excellent renovation and comfortable beds. The sofa is folding. It's quiet at night.
