After a negative review, the director and owner of this company contacted me. I suggested another master, Vitaly. Thanks to the fact that I agreed to give the smartphone to another master, it turned out that the reason for the fingerprint not working was in the new screen. Although the first master claimed that the glass fragments damaged the fingerprint.
