It's just a gorgeous center. Comfortable halls, well-equipped technically. Qualified specialists. Thanks for the help with holding our first seminar in Tashkent.

We applied to the Edumaster center to rent a room for a political evening. At first, everything seemed fine: we discussed the details, agreed on the key points, and signed a contract. But in fact, we were seriously let down. Most of the important details that we had agreed upon in advance were ignored. The organization turned out to be extremely unreliable: neither the equipment nor the technical issues were resolved as we agreed. When we tried to figure out the situation, we were faced with harsh rental conditions. Even if the center does not fulfill its obligations, they do not return the money. This is simply unacceptable for a serious company, especially when it comes to events that require precise fulfillment of agreements. Our evening was supposed to take place on Saturday, but at the last moment everything went wrong. Since the deadlines are tight, we don't even have time to look for a new room. I do not recommend Edumaster for holding any events. Reliability and professionalism should not be expected from this center.
