A new hotel, nice rooms, cool slides, a good children's water area, an intelligent administrator. It is also clear that the process is not well-established, the glasses are dirty, alcohol is diluted even for money, entertainment for 3+, I hope everything in this hotel will get better, mostly the Germans and the British leave a pigsty behind them, smoke wherever they want. Cleaning of the surrounding area by the sea is practically not carried out.

There was a very stupid hotel there not long ago, because 5 stars, which means everything is included, it is very pleasing that you could take a cola sprite and fanta for free at the bar, you just come up and say that you want to drink, they pour you, also there were shops on the 0 floor products and toys for children, type of gaming machines, and so on to the store there were products and immediately toys, magnets, a very cool hotel, and I recently found out that it was newly built in 2024, which is very pleasing thanks to those who built it. The hotel is also pleased with this water park on site!!!!It was very, very cool for me.

Those who write that the hotel is good are paid agents from tour operators. We rested from September 11 to 22, 2024. Almost everything is bad. There is no beach: the shore is filled with concrete. The food is terrible. There is no animation. In general: I strongly do not recommend it.

It's a complete disappointment.
They fell for the fact that the hotel is new, not after renovation, but new.
And they were cruelly mistaken.
We arrived at 9 am, check-in from 14.00h. We offered to check in immediately for 100€, okay.
For 600€, a two-room room.
Drinks cocktails suck completely,
the alcoholic is free local ((
diluted to such an extent that there is more alcohol in kefir than here.
Imported alcohol is all extra (for a fee).
Such a big hotel and the whole hotel has a tiny lobby bar where you can get cocktails (which are impossible to drink) and a kilometer-long queue.
The a la carte restaurant can be visited once, they took a fish one, severe poisoning with white wine 1.5 glasses, severe intoxication and headache.

There is no Internet on the beach.
There are no jars of shampoos in the room, there is a dispenser with an incomprehensible liquid, such as liquid soap, hanging on the wall.
The SPA offers sauna, hammam and soap massage, of course all for a fee. It seems like the sauna should be free, but you go in, the stove is turned off, and there is no steam in the Turkish steam room, they turn on only if someone came under a paid program.
If not, the attitude of the staff is extremely hostile, when asked to turn on the sauna, he waves his hand in the direction of the exit, saying he doesn't like it, get out.
The sea is dirty, women's pads, diapers and polythene bags are floating, garbage, dirt, the water is dirty muddy at any time of the day. There is a sewer nearby, so you can't count on clean water. The neighboring beaches of Eftalii with coves are just as dirty. The entrance is made of stones, from the steps and immediately into the depth.
90 percent of the British, a few Germans and Poles, few Russians.
The food is monotonous, the same thing every day, tasteless. There is no animation. Among the advantages are individual high-quality air conditioning and good regulation of the microclimate in the room. And internet in the room.
This hotel is absolutely not worth the money at this stage.
I do not recommend it.

I accidentally got into this hotel, the hotel where the tour was originally purchased did not open.
On the positive side, a new hotel.
That's all.
A huge number of people. The territory of the hotel is not designed for such a large number of vacationers. There are not enough staff, there is a huge queue in bars. Wine is sour. No juice, jupi, no champagne. They can't make cocktails. No more than 5 free cocktails, all others are paid, 7 euros. And it's called ultra all inclusive. The restaurant, if you can call it that, has very monotonous food.
The beach is a separate story. Initially, it was a narrow coastal strip. Apparently, they wanted to expand it, piled boulders, filled with mortar, poured sand, as it turned out, but it didn't matter and it's called a beach. As a descent, -2 stairs with slippery thresholds and in a storm you will tremble on this staircase, many with bruises and abrasions.
Room cleaning: on the 1st , the drain was opened throughout the rest, no one ever washed the shower, the toilet was dirty from previous guests upon arrival. Quiet horror.
Disgusting service. On the 4th day, shampoo was just brought.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone-it's a waste of money.
