We stayed at this hotel in May 2024 with a family with children. Nice, large, comfortable rooms. Well-maintained territory. There is a swimming pool, adult and children's on site, 4 adult large slides, 4 medium slides and a children's water town. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. The burger joint, where you can have a snack, is also open around the clock. They are fed for slaughter, and on every corner of both the hotel and the beach. Even strawberries and apricots were given. Ice cream is distributed in packages.
The sea is across the road via an underpass. The beach area is huge, shared with other hotels of the grid. The entrance is not good everywhere, but there are places with a sandy entrance. Mattresses are brought by a beach employee on request for free. On the beach there are 2 adult pools, a children's water park with a lazy river, a huge adult water park, an amphitheater, a children's club, several bars, they have a snack. In the evening, live music is played on the beach, there is a disco. The territory is large, so it is convenient to walk, there is no need to go anywhere. The hotel is predominantly European, there are few Russians, two percent. On Sundays, a large bazaar with things arrives right behind the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good, family-run, the food is wonderful, the water park in the hotel, the water park on the beach, the pool is huge, there is a separate pool for "more expensive" rooms with access to the pool directly from the room. On the "island" (this is the territory of several Eftalia hotels) there is a more interesting water park than in the hotel, bars, restaurants, a market, concert venues. Everything on the "island" is also included in the all inclusive.
For whom it is important, Russians were not met at the hotel for some reason.
The vacation with the children was great!

We had a rest from 06/04/24. The hotel is not bad, the food in the restaurant is good, but it seemed monotonous to me. There are a lot of fruits, the sweets are super. Russian Russian is spoken very little by the staff, the vacationers are mostly foreigners, and 3 Russian-speaking families have been met all the time. I think that this is a hotel where everything is not included, only beer and wine are free of alcohol, gin and tonic and whiskey coll are additionally available in the swimming pools and in the lobby, the rest of the drinks are already paid from about 7 euros and above. There are a lot of pools, slides are great, the children are happy. With regard to the beach: it's not far to go, but through the underpass to the embankment where there are many stalls, various entertainment, it's also all paid. The beach in the ocean is sand, but you enter the stones and the further into the sea, the more big stones come across that it is simply not comfortable to swim! We went to the beach from the AQUa there is a sand beach, the sunset is gentle, there are few waves due to the fenced territory of the sea. There are very few people on the beach, the sun beds are always free, which was good))
For children, the mini disco is the same, a small stage where kids hang out around, in my opinion, it is very inconvenient! When the animator called my child to a mini disco , hearing that we were Russians , she just turned away as if she hadn't told us anything. The child has never gone to a disco there is really very boring, there is just something to compare it with! Ice cream is free every day from 12 o'clock, + pizza waffles were prepared near the pools, the queues are of course very large.
Room cleaning every day, but only the floor, dust on the bedside table and chest of drawers did not extend during the entire stay. The plumbing is good, there was a container hanging on the wall in the shower where 2 in one (shampoo and gel) was never replenished, it was empty, somehow!
In general, we enjoyed the sun, slides, the sea and water parks, there are really a lot of them here, which is very cool for children!
But we will not go to this hotel anymore.
