The salon is conveniently located within walking distance from the metro. A wonderful assortment, I haven't tried it in a sock yet, it's too early to give a review about the quality. But the twists on the pussets are very convenient. There is a "availability" bar on the site (checking for availability in the salon), while everyone except the buyers knows that it does not work. I would suggest removing this option or making, when clicking on the die, the phrase "check availability by phone". There are no questions for the consultants, they were as correct and polite as possible. Yes, they are quite detached, but this is a feature of the service in Belarus as a whole.

It is in the branch at Independence 36, the service is "limping", I can not remember a single jewelry store where, when asked to show and prompt, you do not receive a service, but the answer is "look there", the impression that there is no motivation to sell, work on the principle of "find it yourself". It is this store that I am unlikely to go into anymore-purposefully so precisely, but we still look like Mstislavets, they know their business there and even seem to love it, it's a pity it is too far away.
The second nuance is important, maybe I don't understand something, but still ... maybe you need to check (adjust) the scales, unauthorized jumps in weight readings, from 4.36 to 4.35, do not inspire confidence, I realize that it is a trifle, but unpleasant. For example, if I hadn't visited the Mstylavets before, I wouldn't even stick my nose into this chain of stores, the attitude and plus the joke with the scales give the impression that I went for sugar.
I give a grade of three only because they know their business and can really suggest and show something, but they just don't want to!

We bought a pendant and a charm. The assortment is original and interesting, there is a stylish collection with Belarusian symbols. However, I have to note the work of consultants - they work hard, no customer orientation, they do not offer anything themselves, they answer questions reluctantly and a little with a note of disdain - it's unpleasant, maybe they were just tired (it was Sunday). I bought earrings on Pobedy Square. I don't have a store card, the intern calculated, I paid the full price. I hear another customer asking about a discount on a motorcycle card. There is a discount, I had a card. When asked why they did not warn that there is such a discount when paying, the intern replied that she had only just found out about it. And the consultant added, "at the entrance to the lightbox, it says about the discount. We always inform our customers about discounts."
The sign was then shown. It turns out that the intern didn't see her either. )

I was paid there. The voice was raised. They ran away that everything was fine. If you want to get low-quality jewelry that is then simply melted down, buy it in his art.
