Hello. They presented a certificate for a massage with stones. In the best mood, on Wednesday, October 25, I called your salon and signed up for a massage on October 28 at 14:30. Arriving from the other end of Minsk, it turned out that the administrator forgot to sign someone up and there were 2 people for a massage at that time. The woman signed up for a massage yesterday. I don't mind that she was passed in front of me, since she's from another city. I was offered to wait an hour, which I don't have time for, and I can't get to you every day because of work and study, and long distances. The administrator did not offer to overwrite me to another number. Upset, offended by the situation.
