I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the employees of the Egr Service Station.Bravo, you are super and this is not flattery. I asked a question about Nissan QASHQAI, there was a vibration of the body at a certain speed, they helped to quickly eliminate it. Next, when turning the steering wheel, there was a rubber sound (attention, the car is serviced and bought at Drive Motors, in the official center - they advised to remove the rubber mat!!!!) the guys found the sound problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. Thank you very much. After that, it was shown that there is a problem with the dust cover and brake discs. Since I drive very fresh and serviced cars all the time, I asked to replace everything right away. The job is done perfectly, the car is running, without a single extraneous sound, the spare part was found and replaced in 4 hours. We have previously agreed on the cost. The price is also pleasing. To be honest, I wish everyone treated customers the way you do. Bravo, I boldly advise Everyone, and if necessary, we are definitely your client.

I signed up for an oil change + filters (I bought everything myself). They told me to arrive at 9:00 in the morning. When I brought the car, it turned out that they forgot, they asked if I signed up for them... After I showed the number I called, they said yes, it was really their number (i.e. I had to prove that I signed up :))
Then everything was even more interesting, I was told to leave the car and when everything is done, they will contact me. Half a day has passed - there is no call, in the end I called myself. It turned out that they had problems - they could not unscrew the nut (apparently for half a day), and according to them they broke part of their tool on this nut)). After they made it clear that they did not want to do it, they said that if desired, I could pick up my car in the same form as I left it (I remind you I brought it by 9 a.m. and waited half a day). I did not agree.
The result is that by the evening I took the car, an additional small amount was included in the bill for locksmith work. When asked why it was so expensive, they showed the nut and said that it was still divine, since they were still busy with the air filter.
Apparently, it is not very profitable for the station to replace filters and oil (purchased by the customer) and in order to earn money, I had to improvise.
I do not recommend it to anyone, think 10 times before going to such "masters".
