I had two impressions. I'll describe it:
1. Advantages - polite staff, clean, bright, help and answer questions. Hedgehogs are well-groomed, clean. The idea is cool.
2. Cons - pricing of course wow, we were less than an hour, there's not much to do there, but we paid like we went to a cafe. Hedgehogs are different - some do not want to communicate at all, they want to sleep or run away, and it feels like you're torturing them. We were with another family at the same time, and after a while we changed hedgehogs - so the second time someone took a hedgehog, he no longer made contact. Some hedgehogs are twitching, they don't want to be touched at all. The hedgehog bit my daughter 2 times, although she calmly tried to take it... Well, I definitely won't go a second time(

We made an appointment half an hour before the visit by phone. The place itself is cozy and clean. Before leaving us with the hedgehog, administrator Victoria told us all about these hedgehogs. How to communicate with them, What they eat, What their names are. It's interesting to listen. At any moment of our communication, we could ask questions and the administrators reacted quickly, explained everything and told us.

But there are a few nuances. When we were alone, there were enough hedgehogs, but when all the tables were occupied, you need to take a queue for hedgehogs. But then it was a pity to pull hedgehogs from back and forth.
The child liked it. Unlimited is convenient. It includes 3 crickets, they eat cool. You can return several times during the day.

I didn't like the place at all. Hedgehogs want to sleep, they don't want to communicate, violence against animals. We only stayed for 10 minutes, we couldn't do it anymore, we felt very sorry for the hedgehogs and to be honest there was nothing to do except squeeze them against their will.
Plus, it's unreasonably expensive.
The staff is working on the dump. We were not warned that the lamps in the boxes with hedgehogs were very hot and I burned my hand quite badly. There were only unpleasant impressions of this place. We won't go any more and I don't advise anyone.

Everyone was very satisfied, since each hedgehog has its own distinctive features (besides appearance, of course): there are very active and talkative hedgehogs (Toast, Cheese and Button), and there are those that should be approached more smoothly, carefully and slowly, very timid but after a while they will give themselves a pat (the same Shadow)!
The staff is extremely friendly: they explained the instructions in detail to us, answered all our questions and told us how to handle them.
Definitely not the last visit, I advise everyone at least for relaxation!)
