The trail looks much more attractive on the map than in reality. There's not much to see there, except for a couple of river views. Mostly the view is only of thickets, the lakes are all covered in reeds. There are also many stands on the map, but I only found out about it when I passed the trail, they either don't exist or they are invisible. I'll give you a point, because this is the only ecotrope in the city, but there's nothing for visitors to see there.
I don't recommend it. Just a path through the woods and swamps. We walked from the Hampton by Hilton hotel on our way to the fortress, spent an hour, got tired, and there really wasn't anything to see. The only place that might not be a bad place for locals to cycle and run.
