I live here. I really love this place. There are many shops around, bus stops nearby. Ikea Airport is not far away. Dippo shopping complex,Mark Antalya there is a 59 bus 40 min to the sea and you are in konyalts right on the coast. Not the coolest neighborhood. The developer did not want to complete the parking lot for his money and it does not work. I wanted to assemble a demirbash, it hasn't been 2 years yet, the period for which the complex is under warranty. Of course, it's cool to raise money for repairs when the complex is under warranty. In general, the management company and the developer use all options to raise funds for the implementation of new goals. There was a cafe. It was closed, but the result was from its lease. Stripped walls and broken gazebos.

There is no pressure!!! Washing is a problem, the equipment is constantly getting up. The water is terrible, we clean lime 1 p in 2 weeks, because the neighbors' equipment is constantly breaking down, who rents apartments and does not clean. It always stinks of burning from the homeless houses around, which heat the furnaces with garbage and wheels. There is no cafe nearby, there is nowhere to go. The cafe in Sita is packed with Russian-speaking gypsies with their running and screaming children. The lights are turned off several times a month and during business hours. We've already learned all the sockets in the Agora, where we can work, and we're going there. The water pressure is more or less only at night, in summer it was better, in winter it is not possible. We constantly complain in the Criminal Code, they blame leaks. Indeed, water often oozes out from under the paving slabs at the entrances. They like to dig it up, fill it up with sand that dirties everything around, and throw a mountain of paving stones onto the playground and leave it that way. We lived in Antalya in different cities and even lived in hell in Avsalar, but we had never seen such filth and problems. The house apparently has its own well and this is a big problem that cannot be solved. Filters for 3000 lirin didn't give anything! Another one is being bred from the criminal Code, the communal apartment is very expensive. You have to pay for air conditioning even if you don't use it, because there is a ban on installing conventional ones and it is central to all houses. It's noisy and blows off the bed, we made window Blinds out of 5 liters, nothing helped. The parking lot is very small and without light, parking only under the window with racing bikes and children's games nearby. The pool is in the form of a swamp all winter. In general, the screen is dirty, there are obscene words in Russian on the walls. I've been going to the criminal code for six months now and demanding that the wall be painted, even on the 1st floor by the elevator, it's covered in fabrics and dirty. We always chose a sit-down with Russians and everything was at the highest level, everything was disgusting right there.

A small closed cozy complex with a swimming pool, a sports ground, a gym, a hammam, a cafe. The Migros market has recently opened in it, which is very convenient. The complex is located "on the outskirts", it takes 40 minutes to get to the center of Antalya by bus. There is also a small minus: a construction site that is being built nearby and a mosque, you need to try to get used to the loud sounds of the azan.

A good LCD for your money. The rent of 1+1 in 2023 was +/- 300-400 $ + Aydat 570 liras. As a result, the complex has three swimming pools and a closed area. I recommend choosing an apartment in houses inside, they have balconies.

I bought an apartment here. The house is beautiful. I really like the complex. The complex is clean, and those who write about dirt are temporary residents, this is always something bad. There is no noise from the construction site if you have chosen an apartment to the north, overlooking the courtyard of the complex. It is necessary to think when choosing an apartment, in Turkey it is necessary to choose first of all an apartment to the north. There are enough shops, you don't need a car.

A good LCD has been declared. With a swimming pool and a cozy courtyard. Everything is fine in the picture, but it's worth living to appreciate. The construction is of poor quality. There is dirt around the LCD, a wasteland and if you are lucky enough to settle with a view of the construction site, then from 8 am to 23 there is a rumble and drills. Sometimes concrete is poured at night.
If you sit and don't go anywhere beyond the yard, then maybe it will do, but if you want a normal environment around, then you definitely shouldn't settle here

I lived in this complex for six months. The apartment was nice, clean (new). The elevator was constantly working. That's all of the advantages. Cons: it's terribly dirty, and everywhere! We stopped by in November, there were bloodstains in the elevator, we moved out in May-all the same spots in the same place. The yard was supposed to be pretty, but because of the garbage, everything was terrible. The playground was also rarely cleaned. The pool is terribly dirty, not cleaned. But I want to say that our compatriots are still those pigs, but they often ran around complaining. Aydat was paid just for nothing! The guards are sitting for show.
