Uneducated, boorish, in a bad way, ladies work in the bank's offices. I have already written that all three banks in Transnistria seem to belong to the same owner. The principle of their separation is not entirely clear, but this so-called bank has the most lame conditions for the products offered. Well, obviously, incompetent personnel are dumped into it.
