Inspection of the apartment (on the day of the first call), conclusion of a preliminary agreement, certification of the purchase and sale agreement with a notary, registration of the agreement with the BTI, support in concluding a mortgage agreement, signing an act of acceptance and transfer of real estate and final settlement with the seller, obtaining a certificate of ownership and the treasured keys to our apartment. In addition, the collection of all necessary certificates and documents, all this was done in three days!!!!
