It is more profitable to buy several books at once, then there are discounts of 20% and 30% depending on the purchase amount. There are always stands with discounted products. It's been a long time since any store has disappointed so much. This store attracted a discount system. If the amount in the receipt is more than 100 rubles, then the discount on some books is 25%.
What was our surprise when it turned out that the prices in the online store differ from the prices in the physical store. The book, which costs 130 rubles on their website (we thought that this was also the price before their vaunted discount), we bought in a physical store for 150 rubles (and this is after a 25% discount). Do you feel the difference?
We are to blame for everything ourselves, firstly, when we came to the store, there was a rearrangement and there were no price tags for some books. Secondly, we did not specify the price of the book at the checkout, since the purchase was large and we did not notice the difference. But THE MOST IMPORTANT MISTAKE is that we trusted this store.
But as it turned out, boors also work in this store. When asked why this happened, the consultant snorted at us, "who prevented you from buying it in an online store." Well, as they say, people learn from mistakes, I hope this story will help others make the right choice and avoid this place. And, by the way, in other stores this book costs less than 130p (we thought that this amount would be a 25% discount, so we came here)
P.S. the organization's response was even more disappointing. I can even accept different prices. But no one even asked what time it happened and who was rude to us to deal with incompetent staff (I would not answer, so as not to set people up, but when an organization does everything to resolve a conflict, it immediately rises in the eyes of customers, which did not happen here. Although judging by the staff, it was quite expected)
