Upon arrival at the store, I chose a countertop and could not find a suitable chipboard color. I turned to the girl who works there to help me find, to which she replied, look for everything yourself - everything is in the window. after my long searches, they still looked at me on the computer and told me that they were available, but not on display. I made an order on Friday, they said they would contact me today or on Monday, on Monday evening I dialed the store myself because no one contacted me for a long time they could not find me, they found out who I was ordering from, what color the store employee's hair was, etc. then they found the order. It turned out that they forgot to send my order to the designer so that he would calculate the cost of the chipboard sheet and work, and explained that they would contact the day after tomorrow (Wednesday) because Tuesday was the day off for this girl with whom he talked. On Wednesday, we contacted and announced the cost of 250 rubles, 80 for the material, 50 rubles for the edge pasting and 120 for the work! Moreover, I drew the layout of the chipboard sheets exactly as I saw in the store, only in the store a ready-made table costs 170 rubles, and they only have the material to order 250. I called another private trader and announced the price for all 110 rubles. I do not advise contacting this store. I did not buy accessories from them, I can't say anything about this.

But as for the "specialists" of the finished goods warehouse, from which I had to pick up the order on August 12, 2022, I have accumulated significant and unpleasant experience. If you come to pick up an order, be prepared that you may be asked to come and help the loader (outsiders are not allowed to enter the warehouse) to transfer someone else's order, because your order lies under it. And after you help (well, or not the fact that you will) You will have your entire FIBERBOARD cut rolled out on a cart, not actually packed. When asked how to unload, for example, into an apartment a lot of different-sized pieces of chipboard that are not pulled together, for example, with stretch tape, you will be answered with a serious look that the organization does not provide such services (I assume that in the grocery store these people carry apples in their hands to the cashier). I do not recommend contacting this organization. Look for something with a completed order delivered to your home.
