I haven't been to Vitebsk since Soviet times. And in 19, I arrived and was pleasantly surprised. And even my wife was delighted with this open-air exhibition, right on the street, with free access for everyone. Very pleasant impressions. And the children are like sparrows clinging to a cannon in general. Respect and respect for the administration.
