Positive: a neat banquet hall, a pier, beautiful nature around, delicious food.
Cons: they settled in a dirty house, a pipe leaked in the house, interruptions in the water supply (sharply hot, then cold), outdated furniture in the house, in one of the rooms the bedding stank of urine (they asked the hostess to replace it, they refused and offered to open the window), the gazebos are old and sloppy (except for the 1st), everything there were flaws or decay around, no matches or lighters (they couldn't turn on the stove), they took the gas cylinder and never returned it, there was mold in the refrigerator, a cluttered house, missing door handles.
It seemed that the main manor, the banquet hall and the pier were being watched. The house we lived in was dirty with traces of other people's existence.
I wasn't inside. The TV signal reception area was measured nearby. It seems that the estate used to flourish, but now it is falling into disrepair. There is a large parking lot, but the grass is not mowed on it. There is a loose facing brick on the gate. And the impression was aggravated by a field of blackened, unpeeled sunflowers. It must have been beautiful when it bloomed. But, right now, it looks depressing.
Basically, the place is beautiful. But there are a lot of nuances.
The manor is located in the middle of the forest, so there are a lot of flying, crawling and jumping insects! (There are cockroaches in the banquet hall) The service staff likes to make money on your money. The owners go where they are not asked. According to the owners, they have a cook from Amsterdam. Probably in Amsterdam it is customary to eat dry and hard meat! The waiters and the cook took half of our food and drinks for themselves. And when asked where the remaining food was, they replied - everything was put on the tables, you ate everything! In addition, the products were not fresh at all. Our preferences were not taken into account there, although we paid a decent amount for it. There is also no organization there, we bought the products ourselves a few hours before the event for our own money. In general, in order to plan events at this place, you need to be prepared for constant monitoring of the staff and the owners of the estate. Instead of relaxing and enjoying.
