The staff were quite unfriendly as soon as we entered, when we were standing and choosing pancakes out loud, they seemed to be doing something without noticing us. Having decided on the order (2 pancakes and takeaway coffee), they rudely announced to us that there were 15 minutes left before closing and refused to serve us, despite the fact that there were no other visitors.
I do not recommend this place, although I used to like to come here often.

If there are pancakes , then only here is a big minus for me . The waiting time is 40-45 minutes , it 's one thing when you 're not in a hurry and you can wait an hour , and another when you want to cook quickly and you run about your business in peace , it 's very frustrating , I 've come and gone hungry and angry 4-5 times .
P.S. people who give bad grades , how can this be Should I give a bad rating to a wonderful place with amazing pancakes ??? Sorry, you won 't be nice to everyone . Comment where the staff did not say hello or did something else, try to stay in their place. I would advise people to be more respectful to the staff and not the other way around.

Also, if there is one drawback, there is very little space inside, and the tables that are designed to eat standing are very annoying. It's just inconvenient to sit at them because the table is either very high or the chair is very low.

The place has been open for a long time. I visited both many years ago and now. The prices and matching of the pancakes could have been better. There is a wonderful pancake house in Minsk, where prices are lower and the products are better. Here, even the dimensions are not impressive for such a price. Tasty, small, expensive.
