The room was big, breakfast was good. Plus hamam and gym included in the price. But the cleanliness of the room could be better. The floor was visibly dirty, dust by the bed stand. Overall we enjoyed it. Just don't step barefoot

Great hotel next to a big shopping mall! If you are going to Istanbul for a week, I recommend staying there for a day or two for shopping, and the rest of the days are already in the center for an excursion

Stayed for 2 days, great location near the mall! Literally 10 minutes on foot ... we visited the hammam, we were very satisfied!

Very nice comfortable, and most importantly, there is cleaning every day, I went to a lot of hotels, I have never seen one so clean, if I come to Istanbul again, I will not go to another hotel other than this hotel

Not a bad hotel, of course, 65€/night is expensive for this, but this is Istanbul, and here +/- so! Attentive staff, the breakfast is normal, the rooms are normal, they do not know how to hang flags and do not know how to look right!! I told the manager, I hope they will fix it quickly!
PS.: in the evening, upon returning, the flag was turned over and everything was fixed, thank you for that!! +1*

There is a terrible smell of sewage in the room and humidity, like in a greenhouse after watering.
The staff is very friendly.
