A very atmospheric hotel. The location in the center of the "Jewish quarter" gives you the opportunity to feel the atmosphere of old Samarkand!

A quiet Samarkand courtyard, cozy, clean, and colorful. The rooms are clean and don't smell. Friendly staff.. The breakfasts are delicious, but if they added milk porridge to the menu, it would be really lovely. Within walking distance of the sights of Samarkand. And the price of accommodation is adequate. I recommend it for living.

Location: 3+. The old town, but there are no cafes or shops directly next to the hotel (there are a couple of almost invisible ones with a minimal assortment.
Staff: 5. No comments.
Rooms: 4-. Everything works, but the plumbing is in a tired state, the bathroom casing is coming off. The window in the room overlooks the gallery of the courtyard.
Breakfast: 3. Sausages, sausage, porridge, pancakes, sausage cheese, sweet pie without filling - all 1 piece / person. And a couple of boiled eggs.
Plus, they were allowed to leave several bags with things for a week, for storage, without payment

1. I booked a room on the hotel's website. The amount for the selected dates was immediately indicated and a confirmation was received by e-mail. The hotel can be said to be colorful. I wanted to live in a place where the yard is surrounded by a house. A pretty well-visited hotel.
2. Before taking payment for accommodation, they gave the opportunity to inspect the room. All amenities in the room, soap, shampoo are offered. Someone wrote in the reviews that the water pressure is small. In the evening, the pressure was sufficient. The room is clean, there are no smells.
3. The location of the hotel is very convenient: both away from the roadway, and the Registan is 700 meters away in a straight line from school 26 on Bukharskaya Street.
4. Breakfast was served personally: fried eggs with sausage or boiled eggs, sausage, porridge (not repeated), dessert.
5. The staff speaks Russian as well.

Quite a good option for a short stay!

A wonderful place! The rooms are very cozy, the staff is mega responsive, they also provide the dishes you need, if you bought something from food, they will answer any questions, check in ahead of time, if possible, leave your luggage for storage after check-out. The place is fabulous!

In general, it is a good option for a budget stay for a couple of nights. Polite staff, close enough to Registan and Shahi Zinda. Breakfasts are, let's say, edible.
A lot of hair, seeds, ants, woodlice were found on the floor in the room.
The toilet drain did not work - it was repaired in the night after check-in.
The water does not flow from the tap, but splashes, in the friends' room the water went very badly in the sink.
The mirror was broken in the bathroom.
The curtain that covers the door is heavily stained with something brown.
The breakfast area is located in the basement and it is very cold there, because of this, the barely warm food quickly cooled down.
The menu includes an omelette, cheap sausages, cheese, sausage, bread. There is a problem with hot drinking – there is not enough heat for everyone, there is only one kettle, for which you have to fight with other guests.
The audibility is one hundred percent and everything that happens in the yard happens practically in your room.
I hope the review will help the hosts to improve the conditions and prepare future guests.
The linen seems stale, hair was also found in the bed and on the pillows - I had to put T-shirts on the pillows))

The price/quality does not match. There is a very strong smell of sewage in the toilet. The shower head is all broken, splashing in different directions. The water is either boiling water or cold. The toilet and the room were poorly cleaned. Upon arrival, the cores of seeds were lying on the carpets. The linen and towels are stained grey, but clean. The breakfasts are monotonous, absolutely tasteless. I understand that this is not five stars, but I would like to get more comfortable conditions and at least cleanliness for my price.

The door to the toilet in the family room is glass - it shines right in your face. 2 rooms were changed due to plumbing malfunctions. Everything is dirty and untidy. Bloody hell!!! Slippery mattress- by morning everything is on the floor. The moldings on the ceiling are on old masking tape, there are no plumbing doors - the stench of sewage goes into the room. Cons: instead of the buffet breakfast indicated at the time of booking, a set breakfast (meager - not much porridge, scrambled eggs, 1 piece of sausage, cheese, pie, not very bread). A bigger disadvantage is the lack of any hooks in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang a raw towel either in the bathtub or in the room.

Terrible city, everyone is staring, clicking in the direction of my girlfriend. The prices are terrible, the service is terrible. Nice hotel, quite adequate for the price. Clean, wi-fi is working, breakfast is decent, very nice patio. From the "visible" cons: check the presence of a window in the room (not in all), the hotel is located on a narrow street in the old district, a taxi will not come right to the door of the hotel, you will have to walk 100 meters.

A wonderful family hotel. I had a big room. It was heated because it is very cold at night. The room is clean, linen and towels are of good quality and clean. There are a lot of towels. Симпотичный, а главное чистый, не большой гостевой дворик. Комната светлая, чистая, постельное бельё свежее. Завтрак сытный. Жили там к сожалению мало, но впечатление как родное. Советую всем путешественникам, так как ВСЁ ХОРОШО и стоимость по "карману". Спасибо за такой достойный, доступный гостевой дворик.

Firstly, the address is not the one where the hotel is located. The taxi wound up a couple of extra thousand. There is no entrance to the hotel. I had a 100% prepayment. On the blue eye, they called the same amount to be paid again. When she said that it was paid - "oh, well, well." That is, you don't know at all what and how it was booked or what you were counting on? Number. The entrance door is frosted, but glass. Seriously!? In the evening, with lamp lighting, how to nail it up / hang it? The window is small plastic under the ceiling as in toilets usually. It's like, "we have a window." The floors creak. The walls are probably plywood, because you can hear everything that happens inside the courtyard, behind the wall of the building, on the sides. 10 minutes was enough to estimate that there would be no rest here. Shower / toilet meter by meter and not the first freshness. There is no drinking water: neither in the room, nor a cooler on the territory. Wi-Fi barely pulls. They also wondered why I suddenly moved out. I moved to the perfect hotel as a result. I didn't even care about a full refund, it was so uncomfortable.

Довольно чистые номера, есть бассейн во дворе, персонал отзывчивый, завтраки накрывают персонально. До Регистана минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом.
Единственный минус, что данный адрес не определяется в ЯндексТакси, ориентируйтесь на школу 26, от нее 100 метров пешком

Дёшево и сердито. С водой сложности, текут трубы. На кухне можно взять чайник, разогреть что-то. Завтраки не брали, в ресторан не ходили. До центра пешком недалеко, по узкой улочке с магазами выходишь к парку перед Регистаном. Налево к нему, направо к рынку. Просто не было альтернатив за такую цену в праздники майские, иначе не ногой

Снимаю звезду за то, что этот отель очень сложно найти, если не знаешь, где он)) на картах он не обозначен, адрес на букинге был другой))) в общем нашли далеко не сразу)) но нашли. Персонал приятный, понимают русский, в номерах чисто, миленько, для того, чтобы переночевать пару ночей отлично подходит. В пешей доступности все главные достопримечательности Самарканда. У нас завтрак был не включён, за 25 тыщ сум утром заказали завтрак на рецепшене

Сама по себе гостиница не очень, в номерах грязь, сантехника старая, персонал до 2 ночи громко разговаривал и смеялся. Но самое интересное случилось утром, вошли в номер и сказали, что надо уезжать т.к. к ним срочно едет группа и всю гостиницу забронировали. Все планы сорвались, вместо экскурсий пришлось собирать вещи и уезжать. Грозили вызвать полицию, если мы не уедем. Вот такое впечатление о Самарканде оставили они своим гостям.

Вполне комфортабельная гостиница. Просторный номер, кондиционер, быстрый вайфай, удобное (для меня) расположение в городе. Обычный гостиничный завтрак. Я остановился в 24 номере всего на одну ночь. Кран в умывальнике открывался туго, слив в душе, видимо, засорился и вода пролилась через край на пол.
