I would like to write a good review. My family and I decided to try Greek cuisine. Along our route, this restaurant / coffee turned out to be nearby and I did not understand. The eye was pleased with the interior, polite staff. We were with the children. Immediately, without asking, they brought everything for the children to draw. Well, super!!!! And then it started....a huge cockroach crawled out of a glass with pencils right on the table. My mistake was not to leave right away. From the proposed menu, not everything could be ordered, then this is not there, then there is no other. But I was satisfied with the alternative. Everything was delicious. I ordered soup for the children, my husband ordered something meat for shampoo (I don't remember complicated names), well, I decided to please myself with dessert and juice. The result: I didn't wait for the juice, they forgot about me and I got poisoned. Where there are cockroaches, there is unsanitary conditions. Yes, and there was an unpleasant musty smell from the glasses. It was as if they had been washed with a smelly cloth and put on the table. If it weren't for these nuances, I would have had a good impression, but alas... The place is beautiful, your employees are polite, the food is delicious. But! The above has ruined everything... I would come to you again if I was sure that "the bottom would not take out" and the friends would not run past.🤣🤣🤣

1. Dishes are heated in the microwave here. They are not cooked. The taste is appropriate: the meat in the gyros turned out to be dry, fried in a frying pan without a crust. They couldn't finish eating. French fries are soft. Potato slices are normal, but they are also from the microwave.
2. The food is heated by waiters and some girl not in chef's attire. They're frying French fries. It was confusing.
3. Two gyros, French fries, lemonade and cola came out at 70 Br. Normally, only potatoes and cola tasted good.
4. This is not a restaurant. Op confuses its positioning and name. In fact, this is a buffet where the waiters warm up not very interesting food for you.

We came for the second time (July 2024), before that we were a couple of years ago, then we liked it, we decided to go in so as not to look for something else. But they were disappointed: they cooked for a long time, it was not tasty, the meat was rubber steak, the vegetables were allegedly grilled all in oil, the kebab meat smells, the only thing is more or less a salad from the chef, only it is unclear why beef and chicken meat were mixed there.
Chicken kebab has a strange taste. They came out hungry. We won't go for sure again. I'm shooting stars.

Pleasant atmosphere, undisturbed furniture and room. Convenient location in the city, parking nearby, if you're lucky there will be a place. In all other respects, this is a weak point. The waiters are young students, probably, they are poorly oriented in dishes. Serving a dish at one o'clock is usually fine. But when it is heated in the microwave, it is very unpleasant.
I was there twice, with a girlfriend and friends. They upset me both times. He positions himself with seafood, but they don't know how to cook them at all. Squid -rubber, shrimp-rubber. There is absolutely no taste, only the translation of products. Corpacho from the refrigerator. The prices are reasonable.
If you eat quickly, it will do.
If you have a good time, look for another place

In general, it is tasty and edible. But keep in mind that the ordered dish is only the direction for the cook, in which direction he will move when preparing your dish. We ordered gyros and grilled chicken with vegetables. The same dish was brought. Chopped chicken with potatoes in a rustic way with sauce. They forgot about the salad altogether. Hardly adult chefs cook in the kitchen, who asked the waiter how to cook properly during cooking.

We have recently visited this institution. The couple's birthday was celebrated together with their parents.
We asked about the discount on the birthday in advance on Instagram, as well as looked at the information on the website.
When the bill was brought, it turned out that the dish should cost from a certain amount, fish is not included in the discount, and so on.
None of the employees warned about this, the information on the site was only about the amount of the discount, no conditions.
There was no administrator, none of the staff could solve anything and just threw up their hands.
We left a complaint because the receipt exceeded all expectations. The next day, all the changes appeared on the site very quickly.
No one even apologized for this situation, the administrator on the phone said in a haughty voice that a lawyer would answer us.

Stylish design, a large menu, a lot of authentic dishes, but not everything is available, for example, there was no gyros. I ordered a classic Greek salad, lula with yogurt sauce and branded tea. I liked tea the most. The salad was delicious, but the serving was disappointing - like in a Soviet canteen. I have nothing against such a presentation, but she sharply stated with a stylish design. Lula was terribly salty. Expensive and tasteless, the price does not match.

An assessment based on the sum of factors and taking into account impressions from other restaurants in Brest. The atmosphere is not bad , even neutrally good . The service is decent and fast. But it is not deservedly expensive, one and a half to two times more expensive than other, not bad places. The choice fell on this place because of the grill menu, and again but... on the day of the visit, I was not offered any meat on the grill. we visited this restaurant with a large company (14 people), pre-ordered at 21:00. we arrived at 21:06, only a quarter of all dishes were on the tables, the rest were delivered within an hour, it turned out that someone had already eaten their dishes, and someone was sitting and marveling at saliva waiting for his order to arrive. The food does not justify its price in any way, it is too overpriced. They paid 36 rubles for rice and 6 small shrimps.

I was visiting Brest for the first time and decided to find an inexpensive restaurant -cafe.
We are very pleased with the family that it was the first place where we decided to eat that turned out to be YelGreko.
Everything that was ordered was very tasty, fresh and well cooked! The staff is very polite and friendly. It will seem to someone that it is a very long time to wait for an order (we waited more than an hour)
But this means that food is being prepared for you, and not a preheated semi-finished product!
By the way, as they write in the comments, I was pleased that they immediately brought a carafe of water, which is good for health, to drink clean water half an hour before eating.
In general, El Greco well done guys!
By the way, it's a very cozy, bright place.
And the music.... I don't know where it was found, but we heard covers of famous songs, which is also unusual and interesting.
After all, as a rule, the same thing sounds everywhere....

Focacha was a half-baked, ordinary poorly baked bun, with a raw dough inside. I ate everything because I came very hungry. But this is very far from Greek cuisine, it is a complete disrespect for the dish and the client. I am very ashamed of you. We went in after the lamplighter, we were a little chilled, autumn in Brest is great, but it's still a little cold in the evenings. We had a family vacation. The girl Polina listened to us patiently, the cook quickly cooked (we were practically alone) and Polina brought it to us. We ate everything with pleasure and satisfied that the elephants, wearily share it home))) The kitchen is good, the service was pleasant, the music is pleasant and unobtrusive. The service is just terrible, very slow, the staff is lost on the menu, half of the wines from the menu were simply not available. If you ask for advice, they just advise the most expensive. By the way, the price is unreasonably high. The kitchen is slow and not particularly tasty. Snacks are brought no earlier than half an hour later, the hot was brought earlier than the salad. A cockroach was running around the table in the establishment. I was offered to move to another table, but the sediment remained unpleasant. There were 3 times. The interior is cozy, the service is good. Greek snacks are delicious, especially hummus.
You won't be able to eat hot dishes. Chorizo sausages are two ordinary over-dried beef sausages for almost the price of a steak. Chorizo was not seen in the kitchen. Also with kebab and gyros. For such a price, the quality is lower than the baseboard.

There were almost no visitors on Saturday evening. This is a big plus. There are few fish dishes. We were going to try something Greek, fish, sea. As a result, due to the poor choice in this category, they took just meat, kebab on a skewer. It was delicious, the sauces add spice and piquancy. Most likely, due to the small number of visitors, the dishes were served very quickly. I liked everything very much! The next time we visit Brest, we will definitely look again.
