The atmosphere is calm, everything is quite local and calm.. thank you very much, they are just lighters.. , we did everything from the Beginning to the end ... , there are no complaints about the word at all... Well done.....
We were in September 2019 , in general, it's not bad for a family relaxing holiday, ! Of the cons, there are a lot of jellyfish at this time of the year! But most of all I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the jewelry store on the territory of this hotel, well, like jewelry!!! In a word, cheap jewelry , although the seller claims that it is pure silver , which can even be tested ! In general, we were deceived!!! The prices are the same as for the silver that they sell on the market!!! In a word, fraud and deception ! !! If you want to buy normal silver, then go to the market where you can find it!!! We ask the owners of this hotel to remove intruders from their territory!
If people left real reviews more often, then after reading them, I would hardly have gone to this hotel.
I'm telling you:
We stayed at this hotel in August 2021. We arrived at the hotel around 18:00, checked in quickly. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the sea-this is a plus, but there is also a minus, there is a stage under the window, music is turned on very loudly at 21:00 and they do not turn off until 00 o'clock. On the first day after the trip, about two hours of waiting in the transfer until everyone was ready, of course I wanted to sleep in the evening, but until 00 o'clock I listened to music as if it was turned on in my room.
If you like a more relaxing holiday, ask to be accommodated in the room on the left, there are more peaceful rooms, with a view of the neighboring hotel (their number row starts from room 200), at least the music is not so audible there.
The second night in the room began to strain, I fell asleep in the first hour, as soon as the music was turned off, and woke up around two o'clock in the morning, from someone going to the toilet from above in the room. It's really very audible. You can also hear the sound of slippers being slapped, furniture being moved.
I waited for the morning, asked to be moved to another room. They were relocated without any problems.
There are ants in all the rooms, I didn't ask anyone. They crawl over the body at night.
The bathroom and toilet are normal. There are no bathrobes and slippers. Shampoo and gel were brought 1 time, they did not bring any more. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Drinking water was brought every day, placed in the corridor near the door.
Refrigerator, safe in working condition. There are 10 hangers in the closet.
There are two chairs and a table on the balcony, there is a place to hang things (to dry).
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, birds sing in the evenings.
The pool is gorgeous, clean. From entertainment: before lunch-water aerobics, zumba, archery, at 16:00 water polo-it's all around the pool. Volleyball is played near the sea.
There are a lot of jellyfish in the sea like gossamer and blue. It's not pleasant to sting, but the rescuers have ointment. The pain goes away after a day, but I still had scars for a few days.
The sand by the sea is cleaned every morning. There are urns next to the sun beds. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone. Mattresses for sun beds are brought by the staff.
To get a towel, you need to go to the cash register, it is located at the reception on the right. Make a deposit of 30 dinars, you will be given a card. There is a pavilion with a towel near the pool. You can change it as much as you want. Upon check-out, you hand over the card to the cashier, and the money is refunded to you.
There is a shop at the hotel, you can buy souvenirs and so on for small things.
The hotel has an ATM (at the entrance). The commission for withdrawing any amount is about 300 rubles
. Next to the hotel there is an Ali Baba store, there is a huge selection of magnets, souvenirs, dishes, cosmetics, clothes, sweets, olive oil, everything.. It takes about 5 minutes to walk (you leave the hotel, go left, then right and left again). There is always a taxi on duty near the hotel, you can take it. It's also a 5-minute walk to the pharmacy. You leave the hotel to the right, then to the left and to the right again. There are no Russian-speaking employees in the pharmacy.
Now I'll tell you about the food:
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant. The restaurant is located on the ground floor (to the right of the reception).
Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00 (although some went at 6:00, they say everything is already open), I personally did not go so early. Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, dinner from 18:30 to 22:00. From food, it's the same thing every day. They gave me shrimp a couple of times. Puff pastry, just different shapes. It's the same thing. Of the sweets for breakfast, only halva.
A huge minus for the fact that tea and coffee are only in the morning.
At lunch and dinner, the coffee machine is covered with a cloth. But only for lunch and dinner they take out cakes and pastries. The question is, what should I wash down these sweets with????Perplexity...and there's a lot of outrage.
There is a soda machine (fanta, Cola). It's just a pleasure to drink from plastic cups. For a tip, the waiters pour soda into a glass glass. If necessary, they give you a bottle of water.
From fruits and dried fruits: grapes, peaches, nectarines, watermelon, melon, apples were 2 times, plums, dates, prunes and raisins were taken out a couple of times.
I would like porridge in the morning, but there was only dry oatmeal and cereal, which you pour yourself with cold milk. Scrambled eggs or omelets are cooked every day. In the restaurant, the waiters will serve you in full for tips. And if you tip the chef, he will personally cook shrimp for you every day. But don't forget to tip him for it. The waiters are divided into zones, you will feed one, he will serve you well, seeing you (that you have come), he will bring you what you usually eat (they are very attentive in this regard).
There is a cafe by the sea, you can have lunch there. You can also eat ice cream there after lunch.
There is a drinks pavilion near the pool.
At 16:00, you can eat pancakes by the pool.
The drinks bar starts working from 9:00, you can drink coffee there from 9:00 until closing, some went down to the bar for tea and coffee and brought it to the restaurant with them at lunch. You can also take cold water in convenient bottles at the bar, 2 bottles in one hand, you can go for water at least every 10 minutes.
I can't say anything about alcohol, I haven't used it.
You can go to a restaurant for free once during your vacation, but you need to make an appointment at the reception. I wanted to go, they told me that there is no free time for the near future. According to the reviews of vacationers, the food there is no different from the main restaurant (the chef cooks both there and there alone).
The animation is boring. There is no variety. Russian songs were included a couple of times: Katyusha and something from the Leningrad band.
There are few Russian-speaking staff.
Merchants are constantly walking near the sea, selling carpets for $ 30, a towel for $ 8, and jewelry. Fruits, cacti. Every day they bring a camel for a photo. I don't know how much it costs.
On the territory of the hotel, most often near the pool, there is an employee named Maxim, he will tell you about entertainment and prices for them.
You can also get a henna tattoo. Tattoos from 20 dinars.
Of all the above, one of the advantages:
The beautiful territory of the hotel (birds are singing, there are many palm trees), the territory is clean. Plenty of water. There are a lot of sun beds. Clean sand. A gorgeous swimming pool.
Cons:
ants in the room
there is no tea and coffee for lunch and dinner
, noise insulation is not thought
out, there are few Russian-speaking staff
, monotony of food
, animation
I would not say that this hotel is 5 stars. 3 stars is no more.
This is my personal opinion, I do not impose anything on anyone.Just for information.Maybe someone will need the information.
