We arrived three days ago and stayed at this hotel. We liked everything, we are very satisfied. The beach is a fairy tale just. The food is very tasty, there is a lot of meat, fruits always, Wi-Fi without failures, the staff is friendly, the hotel is cozy, the green area. We took a room with a sea view. This is not a repeatable beautiful sunrise. Everything for 5 except ala maps, it's a very modest menu. There is a good line of El Mouradi hotels, this is our third tour in El Mouradi, only each time we took different hotels. Everyone liked it. We will definitely fly again. And for picky tourists who even take pictures of sockets, I want to note that everything is in order. We checked in 10 minutes and the luggage was brought to the room. Bed linen, towels are changed and everything that needs to be done is done. The sea is clean, the beach is clean. There is a playground and a kids club too. There are many Germans and many Russians, there are a few from Poland. Algerians come for the weekend, but they behave well and are not intrusive, although there is especially a lot of attention from them. Security is unobtrusively and imperceptibly conducted on the beach. The security is very good. On the beach, we were surprised in a special way when 2 arabs came from someone else's hotel to the beach of our hotel, a security guard immediately came up and drove them away, seeing strangers on the bracelet. He is a very attentive and responsible person. You can't see him, but he always shows up when it's necessary, walks around in civilian clothes, watches well and keeps order. We were from 12 09 19 12 nights. The sea and sand are super!!! The climate is very comfortable.
That's what we were going for. We lived in the main building on the 3rd floor. clean. There was always food to taste in the restaurant. Basically, the staff is trying. It was a little annoying-this behavior of the waiters.For a tip, everything will be fine.No tips - they don't pay attention to you.
August and September are jellyfish. They stung so much that an allergy started. Nature!!!

We decided to relax in Tunisia for the school holidays. Well, since we realized it late, there were no good flights from Tunisia at the end of the school holidays, and we had to be content with what we had - 5 nights and 6 days. After reading the reviews about this hotel, and there are 27 good and 7 bad ones, and also the price tag and location tempted me to buy a tour to this hellhole! All the negativity started already at the airport. The Tunisian airline company delayed the flight for almost a day, they were supposed to take off at 3.20 05.10, and took off at 19.30 05.10, food stamps and a hotel were quickly organized at Vnukovo airport due to the delay.
We flew 320 airbus by Tunisian Airlines, we have never flown in such a cramped plane. We arrived at 22.00 local time, while going back and forth, plus a transfer, we were at the hotel at 24.00, and as is customary in "developing" Arab countries, you immediately get to a scam with rooms. At first, we were specially given a room with a view of the roof and noisy ventilation, and after paying a bribe of $ 20, we received a room with a view of the sea 1118. Everyone was very tired and went to bed. In the morning, it turned out that in this so-called "four" there was no refrigerator, hair dryer, carpet in general, no one had ever cleaned since the 70s, there were not even hooks in the bathtub to hang used towels, the curtain in the bathtub was the color of dirty snow and the bathroom itself was with missing overflow control, a rusty one gaped instead a hole, and about the furniture that hasn't been changed since the 70s, I'm generally silent. What are the beds, of which there were 4 pieces in the room, for people no taller than 170 cm and with curtains in the color of curtains completely smoked, too, from the 70s along the way. Water is not brought to the room, it must be taken at the bar, one bottle in one hand. There is terrible dirt in the corridor, dirty dishes can lie in the corridor for days, someone has already written about this in negative reviews. Now about nutrition, in the "restaurant", if you can call it that, we had to eat for 4 days. As soon as you enter, you immediately feel some kind of unpleasant smell of a floor cloth, you were immediately surprised by endless queues for almost everything, even at tables to sit down and eat. The food is all as if unfinished, and about drinks, which are all chemistry without exception, including alcohol, and the wine praised by someone in the reviews is pure chemistry, it's not something to drink, it's not recommended to look at it.The toilets near this canteen were treated with bleach when I was there, the smell was like this! So, this is not a four, you can't even assign stars to this shithole.
The only advantage of this "four star hotel" is the beach and the pool. On our arrival in Tunisia, as if for evil, the weather turned bad, and on October 7, the north wind blew and it rained, but we did not lose heart and just walked and rode a taxi to the nearest attractions, just not to return to this hellhole!

Once it was beautiful here, but over time the hotel became dilapidated, and repairs were not done. The beach is sandy, the water in the sea is clean, a lot of fish swim, they can be fed directly from the hands with bread. I'm not coming here anymore.

It is old, the furniture is worn, but if something breaks, it is either repaired or replaced without problems, the main thing is to ask. There is a grass jar in the sea opposite the beach, and in a storm all the algae are near the shore. We were in the middle of September, there are a lot of jellyfish, I recommend an Arabic swimsuit, leggings and a badlon. In the middle of the day in the sea and the pool, the boys performed water aerobics smartly, practiced on the beach, very positively and, most importantly, competently, very good useful exercises. The hammam is paid, two pools are open until 18.00.

You can see by the hotel that you are already tired. The rooms need to be repaired, although everything works. The food is quite tasty, the free alcohol in the bar is not very good, but over time I learned to approach the right bartender and at the right time. Dirty and old carpet in the rooms;
In the bar / dining room, except for wine and beer, it is not possible to drink anything, it is not tasty.
It's like a buffet, but what's most delicious is given on delivery, one piece at a time.
There is no doctor or medical room in the hotel.
All staff work normally only if they tip every day.
The sea at the hotel is dirty, the swimming area is very small, the rest is separated by buoys for aquabikes and motorboats, although few people swim here because of the local poisonous jellyfish, this is about August-September, there are no jellyfish in May-July.
After 17:00, all establishments on the beach stop working (there are some that work late next to other hotels) and only boring animation by the pool remains.
There is no Wi-Fi, there is none in the rooms, only at the reception and it is very slow and intermittent.
On the plus side, normal food, good air conditioning and a separate deep pool for adults.
In general, the hotel is three, not four stars, as they position themselves.
