We had a rest in early September 2024, excellent location, close to many tourist places within walking distance. I would also like to note the hospitality and cordiality of the owners of the guest house and say thank you for a wonderful stay! The place itself is very atmospheric, there are a lot of greenery, flowering shrubs and trees with fragrant flowers, a beautiful veranda with wonderful views! I definitely recommend it!

We had a rest with my daughter at the end of July, we were met at the station of New Athos, very hospitable and hospitable hosts! Therefore, the atmosphere in the house is very cozy, homely and comfortable. We had a small double room with a wonderful view from the window. The house is multi-tiered with several terraces, all covered with flowers. There is a kitchen, which was a plus for us. The shower and toilet were all working. The owners are always in touch, ready to help.
The location of the house is very convenient: close to the sea, close to shops and cafes, dining room, attractions!
Once the lights and water were turned off throughout Abkhazia due to thunderstorms and breakdowns (everything was fixed in the evening), the owners took care and brought spring water to everyone, and in the evening there was an absolutely stunning view of the mountains and the night starry sky!
It was a wonderful vacation in the wonderful town of New Athos ❤

Hi, everybody
The guest house welcomed us warmly: beautiful landscapes and green territory. There is parking for 2-3 cars on site, but the check-in is steep and requires experience.
The room was cleanly cleaned, everything you need is there - beds, towels, water, kettle, air conditioning and wi-fi, I took off the star for the "fatigue" of the room (floors and walls can be updated) and the refrigerator in the room is very lacking (it was not promised). But there are 3 refrigerators in the cooking area in the garden. Mosquito spray is welcome in the evenings) There are a lot of dishes - there is enough for everyone. Cooking on an electric stove.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea
Going uphill is not too stressful. I liked the beach near the pier more on arrival. All the necessary shops on the way to the beach - you will not miss. All the sights are within walking distance!!! accessibility.
