Every time a young man comes across on shift, the service turns out to be extremely unpleasant. He's clearly not interested in his work and shows that I'm in his way.
I feel like an unwanted customer and try to make a purchase and leave faster, which is why I often get disappointed in my choice.
Unlike him, the girl working at the same point is doing a great job. She is always ready to help, explains and prompts clearly.
I hope the management will pay attention to the level of service and take measures to improve it.

The sales guy is almost always very unhappy that people have come to him. Sometimes, instead of answering normally, he mumbles something under his breath, then, in principle, he makes a face as if we asked some very stupid question (we asked what flavors the liquid has). There are no questions for the girl, she will always tell you everything, tell you, offer a smile. Just because of the guy, I don't want to go to this point.

An excellent vape shop, competent and courteous consultants, a large selection of products (which is not limited to vapes alone), there are products that are hard to find in retail nowadays (strong liquids, one-size-fits-all 4k + traction). I really liked the vape shop on Nalibokskaya Street! The seller guy (sorry I didn't find out the name) explained everything to me very competently and clearly, showed me, told me. I really liked the service and the quality of service! I bought a new device, although I wanted a replacement cartridge for another one, the same ones are checked and changed without problems if there are questions!
In general, I am satisfied and even moved from sigaretnet to this vapeshop!
