I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product (Gardeh head from benz braid) in the first 10 minutes of operation, the line itself is released.I wanted to return the money! we drew up an act, the answer came 10 days later-the declared malfunction was not detected, it works according to its characteristics. I brought it home and disassembled it, there is a plastic part under the aluminum button. There are 3 obvious cracks on this part! The verdict is not high-quality plastic and an unscrupulous manufacturer, they could at least change this detail, but in the end they did not even disassemble it, I'm sure they did not check the fishing lines just for the sake of appearance
