We are resting at the moment. I didn't like the hotel at all. The staff is loitering, not working ... there are never any on the ground, they smoke and just walk around the territory. The attitude towards tourists is silent ... there is no animation! There's nothing to do at all. The admin at the reception is nocturnal, generally a negative person, he also makes some claims.. "tired of reconnecting your Wi-Fi" ordered lunch boxes-stupidly forgot to make them.. they said no and that's it... there's nothing to eat on the beach at all, the food in the dining room is dull, 9 days out of 10 the fish is the same... zero cleaning... in short, wherever you spit, indifference and indifference are everywhere, they keep asking for a dollar in the bar.. in general, this hotel discouraged the desire to completely go to Turkey next year.

We stayed at the hotel in July of this year. A decent stay in a 4* hotel, meets its stars. The rooms are classically furnished and have a spacious balcony. The repair is already experienced, there are scuffs, jambs, but not critical.
The hotel itself is nicely decorated, with a beautiful interior, with a large swimming pool. The food is good with a variety of dishes. But the queues for food were frustrating, because of covid, everything is imposed by the staff.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the allotted part is completely filled with sun loungers, there is no space. The shore is pebbly, the water is clear and warm! A very beautiful mountain landscape surrounds this coast!
Of the cons - very loud music is playing on the pool stage until 12 at night, audibility is great! Wi-fi is paid!

I had a rest in July 2022. The hotel itself is on solid 4: modern, clean. But there is a shortage of staff everywhere: rooms are poorly cleaned, buckets of garbage were left many times, carpet in the rooms is vacuumed (poorly), and the toilet is not even wiped. I contacted the reception several times, the situation has not changed. The animation is also so-so, there is a very poor assortment in bars, and on the beach too. The beach bar is generally open until 16 o'clock, I have not seen this anywhere. The Internet is paid. Lunch and dinner are varied in the restaurant, and breakfast is also meager. Conclusion: I will definitely not go to this hotel anymore.

the food at the hotel is meager, the food almost does not change from day to day, in the lunch box they put a dry hamburger bun from the previous day in the pammukale, which they usually throw into the sea in the evening, feed the fish, there was a piece of cheese and a tomato, an apple and a bottle of water inside...It finished me off ...Flies are constantly flying in the restaurant, they land on you and on the food, once they got stuck in the cake, I had to go to change

And the worst thing is that children come up asking for children's cocktails, they are poured alcoholic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can I trust the bartenders???????? Children are 6-9 years old!!!!!!!! On day 2, I helped the child carry the cocktail to the table with the children, since the disposable plastic cups are very thin and decided to try......... I was shocked that there was alcohol!!!!!! I came up to ask why this happened, no one understands Russian right away!!!!!! Who to complain to is unknown!!!! A nightmare, not a hotel!

3. the air conditioners in the lobby do not work, the stuffiness is strong, the windows cannot be opened in the evening from the lobby bar, because there is a strong smell of sewage, it also stinks in the main restaurant, it is impossible to have dinner (it stinks in the evenings).
4. the food is monotonous and not tasty, there is no fruit or meat in this hotel (watermelons and chicken are the whole assortment)
5. the rooms are terribly dirty, the furniture is tired, the doors fall off the cabinets, the refrigerator did not work, there is a layer of dirt on the balcony that has not been washed for a very long time.
6. everything is miserable on the beach, it seems like the beach is big and there are enough sun beds, but no normal bar (4 dirty straight black tables for a huge bar), beer and wooden burgers, the beach is dirty
7. Alcohol is bad, very low quality.

I had to be at this hotel in late July and early August 2022. I don't want to return to this hotel again. Maybe we were unlucky, but we got a very small (just tiny) room on the ground floor of this hotel, our requests to replace the room were refused, allegedly there are no rooms available. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the bed linen was changed only once in 8 days. Towels 3 times, once upon request. Everything is worn and worn, some wires were sticking out of the wall in the bathroom, apparently in the old days some kind of device was installed there, the device is missing and the wires are sticking out. Water is running out of the mixer in a thin stream. The sink was cleaned 1 time in 8 days!!! The water goes badly into the sewer from the shower cabin, the smell of sewage is felt in the room. The food is monotonous, and they were poisoned twice in 8 days!!! The staff are some young guys, not yet spoiled, friendly and ready to help because it's their job, not for tips. Some employees, more experienced, directly say give me money. The territory is not large, the pool seems to be clean, we used it only once. In general, the impressions of the hotel are not very good, I do not want to go back there, there is something to compare it with not for the first time in Turkey. I do not recommend this hotel to service-demanding tourists, and it is not clear why it has such a high rating, perhaps it was not bad earlier. The pool in the hotel is very good.
The food at the hotel is not bad, but there is no meat!!! ,only chicken turkey and fish (mackerel or trout river).There are enough vegetables, Sweets and fruits. Getting ready will have to queue up.
Alcohol- I drank a lot, didn't get poisoned or sick!!!

So the hotel also turned out to be a surprise. The room is dirty and has not been cleaned for at least a couple of months. There is terrible dust under the bed and there are papers and wrappers. The bathroom is a separate story. The hotel is outdated and nothing is going to be repaired here. Our toilet was broken, it was leaking. The room stank of urine. Russian Russian, without accusing anyone, we asked to clean up at the reception, but she spoke Turkish and only the word "tomorrow" could be made out (it seems that knowledge of Russian is mandatory in a hotel where Russians rest). As a result, we decided to resolve everything through the Pegas guide. That was not the case. He didn't come. He called the reception, where they told him that we had pissed. That's all. We heard the same word "tomorrow" from him. We tried to come to an agreement for a couple of days, but in vain. They didn't do anything. And they swore and asked to change the number. The hotel and the guide didn't care. The rest was ruined. The food was monotonous, the queues are long (due to covid), there is a smell of sewage on the hotel grounds and on the way to the sea. The animation is very weak.
