It's time to land. I got on the bus (the attendant sat me down herself), then the controller of this station comes in and starts almost kicking everyone out. They personally took out my brain why I didn't buy a ticket and got on the bus. I show her the ticket. She assures me it's not the right ticket. It also turns out that you need to take a ticket at this station. Then I was put in the wrong place, which I had chosen myself earlier when buying tickets (I was not going there and back at the chosen place. the question is, why do employees give a seating chart so that a person chooses a more convenient option for himself). Then they began to disassemble the pillows and blankets. They yelled at them not to take it themselves, the attendant will distribute it herself. She started handing it out. I still don't understand the complexity of why it couldn't be stopped along the way. I didn't ask to be dropped off by deviating from the route. And the answer was from the driver in a completely boorish form.

Because they seated everyone themselves and what can you do in such a seating arrangement if they still put you in the wrong place where you wanted when buying a ticket.
