Many thanks to Eldivi Travel, the organizers of our tour to Greece from 25.07 to 05.08.2024!!! Moreover, my impressions are the best from the moment I contacted the Eldivi Travel company with a question about the details of the tour and further at all stages! Polina took care of us! Everything is clear, competent, humane! I sincerely tried to take into account all reasonable (and not so reasonable :)) wishes! I felt the patient, friendly attitude of a wonderful specialist who is always in touch!
A separate conversation, this is our escort - Olga!!! Just some kind of exclusive set of positivity, energy, goodwill, competence! Throughout the entire route, there were answers to literally all the questions, and the group had not yet had a question, but Olga had already voiced the answer! There was not a single moment when the group was in a misunderstanding of what to do, where to go, etc. It was very interesting, informative and, at the same time, at ease, historical information about states, rulers and their intrigues along the route of our movement was presented! It was easy and interesting to listen! The microphone on the bus is perfectly tuned. Almost all the excursions offered at the resort took place, there was a lot of interesting information about them, BUT the excursions were absolutely not imposed! Very comfortable accompaniment of the group on tour!!! Clever girl!

The route is well thought out! There are enough sanitary stops in well-equipped places. All overnight stays in hotels along the route were at least 9 hours, there was an opportunity to have a good rest! They arrived on time everywhere, without looking at the problems with the borders.

We visited Norway in August and Three capitals in December.
The organization of the tours is excellent, the guides Julia and Igor are top notch. Everything is clear.
Buses Visit tour. the first trip was very good, the second was normal.

The accompanying guide organized the group very poorly: no one observed the gathering time, the tour program changed a few times. Arriving in the country, it turned out that one, the second, and the third object were closed to the public....Therefore, we were given free time (for our own good)

Unfortunately, the tour program was changed without informing everyone in Viber, and the hotel was also changed, also without bringing all passengers up to date in advance. The young girl guide could not organize everyone so that everyone arrived clearly at the appointed time, did not listen to the wishes of the group, which wanted to cross the border as soon as possible and save time.
