First Come to shop for explain problem the staff try more hour no respond ，than i leave there for 4 day no call or feedback from store,today come there they tell me i need go other shop for repair what kind if such service is this
No matter you big quantity buy from them
When product have quality problem they wont help you follow up

I would really like to leave a review not about the store, but about a wonderful employee of this store - manager Gagik Gevorgyan (perhaps there is a mistake in the last name)We came to choose a MacBook, Gagik immediately responded to our request in consultation, told us everything in detail, showed, recommended and even looked to see if the chosen model would fit my favorite game, even had time to laugh, revealed all the answers to our questions. A person works with his soul and approaches the matter very responsibly, we think he deserves the award for further career growth and prosperity!

I bought a washing machine, asked to keep it in stock and bring it on request. The manager said that it was possible, and gave his personal number. I called him five times — at first he said that he was not comfortable and that he would call back, but he did not call back. Then he clarified the information and forgot about me, did not call back again. In the end, we agreed in three days, we arranged delivery. They didn't arrive on the appointed day.
And the same nonsense with the calls began again. They promise to call back again, and again they don't.
I started calling the head office. And what do you think? The same thing! Moreover, the tubes are simply put down.
Never buy anything from Armenian Eldorados — this is not the service you are used to. And so it has been all week. I do not recommend buying in this store.

Irresponsible, they took an expensive gift with delivery for a very close person, let them down and did not bring it. We went to the same store to get it, but they said that there was no more product - we had to look at another branch, and the store would close in half an hour. Anyway, the service is very poor, you work very poorly, you shouldn't have promised and let people down. I will never buy anything from you again and I advise everyone not to buy anything from irresponsible people.
